~3 days later (midday)
After hunging up the phone, I go to find Jody in the library. "The boys said that they are coming back tonight and I was thinking of a family dinner" I say "Sure" "Great, I'll go take some steaks out of the refrigerator and prepare the pie dough" "Are you sure? I could cook" "No, it's fine" "Ok, if you need help, you know where to find me" she says and I go in the kitchen.
                          
After preparing the pie dough and putting it in the fridge is time to prepare the filling. Apple or cherry? I better do apple. I take the apples out of the fridge. Thank God, Sam is into healthy foods and we have apples. I take the peeler out and I start peeling the apples and cutting them in little pieces. After two apples I accidentally scratched my finger with the peeler. It wasn't something too deep but it was enough so blood can cover the scratch. I try to block the flashbacks of demon Dean but I can't. I started panicking and I throw the peeler in the sink. I take a deep breath and I continue to peel the apples with a little knife.
                          
Jody's POV
It's been about an hour that (Y/N) is in the kitchen. I better see how she is doing. I stay outside and I watch what she is doing. Why did she panicked so much over a scratch? She throws the peeler in the sink and gets back with the knife. I walk inside "Hey, everything going ok?" I ask her "Yes, everything is going great" she says "Do you need any help?" "No, it's going as planned so far" "Ok, do you mind if I stay?" "No, it's fine. I could use some company"
                          
Your POV
(Late afternoon)
"Ok, almost everything is ready. I just need to make the salad and take the food to the table" I say to Jody "Let me make them, you go prepare the table inside" she says "Ok, thanks" I say and go inside to move everything off the table.
                          
I placed plates, glasses, forks and knives on the library's table. I walked to the kitchen and a wine and some beers. I placed them on the table and I hear the bunker's door. The boys come inside. I walk to them and I hug them both. "I'm glad you're back safe" "We do too" Sam says. Dean kisses me but I pull away "You two go shower while Jody and I finish with dinner" "You made dinner?" Dean asks "Yes, I did. And I baked dessert too" "I love you" he says and kisses me cheek "I know you do" I say and walk away.
                          
After dinner Dean, Sam, Alex and Claire took the empty plates to the kitchen leaving me and Jody alone. "(Y/N) I want to ask you about something I saw earlier" Jody says "It's about what happened with the peeler, isn't it?" "Yeah" "It has nothing to do with vampires. It's just something that happened between Dean and I" "What happened between me and you?" Dean asks as he walks to us "Well, I was going to tell you that when we would be alone but anyway. I had a bad flashback with the peeler because I accidentally scratched myself but I'm ok. I handled it" "That's my girl" Dean says and kisses my head. "Sammy kicked me off the kitchen because I was threating the pie" he says and I chuckle.
                          
Of course Dean is the first one to take a piece of pie. "Oh, it's amazing" he says and I chuckle. "Let's finish the dessert so I can go and do the dishes" Jody says "I'm coming to help you too" I say "No, you are going to get some rest with your fiance there" "I agree, he hasn't really slept those last days" Sam says "No, I didn't. I slept" Dean says "For 3 hours" Sam argues "Ok, that's enough, in your rooms now" Jody says and I laugh "Ok, mom" I say and I walk to her. I hug her "Thank you for everything" "Your welcome. Don't worry you'll get your happy ending". We pull away and I went to bed.
