"And that's a wrap for Laken Noelle's character on, "The Vampire Diaries!"" (A/N : This character is kinda made up so the character on TVD doesn't exist lol) Everyone begins to applaud and hug me. I release a breathe that I feel like I've been holding in for the past few years. Like a weight has finally risen off my chest. My character that has been on TVD for three seasons was exiting the show.
I didn't really want to leave the show but, I need a change. I need to grow as an actor, in other aspects of film. Or at least that is my excuse. I have grown bored of this show and the same day to day life. I just want a job where I wake up in the morning and have no clue what is in store for me.
"I can't believe this is our last episode together..." Candice whispers as we hug tightly. "...I thought since we started this show together we would end it together." We let go and I look at her, "I know. But, I need to move on from here and at least experience something different." I tell her.
Candice and I have been best friends for as long as I can remember. We auditioned for TVD together and both got lead roles. But, this show isn't really what I'm looking for. I want something exciting and fun. Something to look forward to when I go to set.
"I know. But, hopefully you'll come back for an episode or two?" She says raising her eyebrow. I laugh. "Hopefully."

I'm about to leave the set for one last time, but before I make it a familiar voice says something, "Laken. Wait." I turn to see Julie, the creator and writer of TVD. "I understand why your leaving... I heard your looking for something new and exciting. And don't tell anyone this but since your my favorite, I got you an audition for another CW show, that might fit the criteria your looking for."
An audition? Already! "What show?" I ask a little bit too excited. She laughs. "Supernatural. They are looking for a love interest for Jensen Ackles character, Dean." Supernatural! That's like my most favorite show of all time and the longest running show on the CW! I haven't met the cast at all, only Misha. Maybe SPN is what I'm looking for. "I'll take it."

My audition for supernatural is today. Damn, I've never been so nervous for an audition. I just really want this. "Babe. You need to chill. You'll be fine." Adam says while sitting on the couch. Me and Adam have been together for a year. A very long year. He wasn't necessarily happy when I told him I was quitting TVD. He was pissed. But I think he has calmed down a bit. I hope. "I don't need to chill, I need this audition to go well." He rolls his eyes, "Well maybe if you didn't quit your stable, good job you wouldn't have any of these issues."
"I wasn't happy, Adam. Is that so hard to understand?" I yell as I walk out of the apartment. And yes we do live together. His idea, not mine. But, I love him or at least i think I do. I haven't told him like L word yet. I know a whole year and I haven't said it. I honestly don't know what is wrong with me.

I pull up to a gate and roll down my window, "I'm here for an audition. I'm Laken Noelle." The guard hits a button and the gate opens. "It's the big building on the left." He says. "Thanks!" I say sincerely.
I get in the room just in time and walk to the front desk, who is reading a magazine. "I'm here for-" "You're here for the audition." She cuts me off. "Down the hall, first door on the right." She says and look back down at her magazine. I nod and walk.
I knock on the door and open it. There is two guys sitting behind a table. "Laken Noelle?" The man asks. I nod and he smiles. "We're just waiting for Jensen to get here so you two can run lines." "Okay." I'm slightly confused. Where is everyone else that is auditioning? Usually, you have to wait in a waiting room but, no one else is here.
"Sorry I'm late." A deep voice says from behind. I turn in the direction the voice is coming from and I make eye contact with the most beautiful green eyes. It's Jensen. "It's fine, man." The guys say in the distance. Me and Jensen are just looking at each other, frozen. I clear my throat. "I'm Laken Noelle. I'm auditioning to be your love interest." I laugh a little, thinking about being the person he loves. She's lucky. Wait. Stop. I'm lucky right now. I have a boyfriend who loves me.
Jensen smiles at me and we begin to act.

"Julie was right. You're fantastic, Laken!" One of the guys say, which I have learned is Eric, the creator of Supernatural. "Thank you!" I say. "You really were amazing." Jensen says with a smile and my stomach flutters. STOP! I smile at him not saying anything because I'll probably say something stupid.
"Okay. So we have made the decision, Laken will you play the role of Maya Briggs on Supernatural?" They ask and I can't believe it. They didn't audition anyone else. "Yes! I would love too!" "Okay. Here's your script, we start shooting on Monday." I grab the script and skip to my car. I hear them laugh as I skip out of the room. "See you on Monday, Laken." I hear Jensen say and I turn around to face him. My heart immediately goes faster. I barely even know him and he has this effect on me? No! You have a boyfriend. "See you on Monday, Jensen."
