Kaedan POV
"Lizzie!" I heard Mister Saltzman shout as he came running toward the girl on the ground,
Mister Saltzman, Emma, some students and came running over towards where the statue just left causing them to murmur about. Emma and Alaric tried to wake Lizzie up but nothing they did seemed to work, looking over at the other kids I saw they're scared expressions making me realizing this something new around the school. I slowly walked into the group of people, once I was mixed into the group I looked down and notice Lizzie starting to regain consciousness.
"Hey she waking up," I said gaining everyone's attention, "can you get up?"
She murmured and struggled but she didn't move. Her lips looked like they were sealed together, and body didn't twitch or move, she looked stiff. That's when I saw the claw marks, and I pointed them out to the others gaining a gasp from several of them,
"Oh my'" Emma said in a soft voice.
"Lizzie, sweetheart, your going be okay," Alaric said as he knelt down beside her. "I have to call Dorian, Emma around up the younger students and get them and Lizzie somewhere safe,"
Two of the kids my age came over and lifted Lizzie up, we all began to move over to some where else. We made our way into a classroom l, that I remember from the tour. After the students placed Lizzie on the table, I look around to notice how few students were with us, only making me realize that others could still be scattered across the school's grounds,
"Emma, I can go outside and see if any kids are out there, and tell them to come inside," I say to her as I move towards the hallway,
"Fine but be careful, bring them back here as quickly and quietly as you can," she tells me in a calm voice,
Moving through the school again I began to notice how eerily quiet it had become, and how claw marks began to appear on the walls throughout the paths. I found an exit that led me straight towards the garden area. When I got there I saw a class of little kids talking and playing around in the flower beds,
"Hey kids, I know you don't know me, but Miss Emma said its time to come inside," I say loudly getting everyone's attention, and they quieted down,
"Why?" A girl asked as they began to walk towards me,
"Because its not safe outside anymore and you need to come inside, quickly," I said as I looked back and listen for any sign of the statues reappearance,
They began to walk towards me in a slow manner, this made me frustrated as I began to know why teachers felt so drained after having to deal with little children for eight hours straight. Eventually I was able to lead the kids back inside and towards the kids ran inside and I lead them towards the classroom. When we got there I saw Emma and the other student all looked worried and frightened as we rejoin the group. Lizzie was still froze solid as she placed on the table.
"Thank you," Emma says as she begins to count the students in the group and instructs them to hide near thee back of the room,
"Anytime," I tell her nodding my head,
(Time skip, 1 hour)
Mister Saltzman hasn't returned and everyone was getting anxious. An hour had passed and the silence of the room was making my ear ring, I was trying to remain calm until a loud screeching sound could be heard. My eyes widened as I looked towards the windows, glancing back I saw how everyone else was basically. Deciding to be brave, I slowly moved closer to the window of the room in order to get a glance at what was coming. The noise grew louder and louder, the floor began to vibrate as the statue began to stalk its way closer to us,
