Surprising new friendship dynamics arise as TNS gears up for the dance convention.
This episode begins with A-Troupe, in Studio, using their phone, answering a compatibility test that Michelle came across only. Ozzy asks Kingston for the answer to number 8, to which Kingston replies there is no right answer since it's his own opinion. Ozzy says that's what they want you to think.
Several questions are revealed, to which dancers confess their answers and the reasons for giving them. Richelle answered at the question "What type of fish are you?" that she'd be a shark because they never blink and they never stop moving.

Summer confesses that she doesn't care who she gets paired with, as long as it's not Richelle or Jacquie. Emily says that time is up and all the dancers send their scores in. Michelle and Emily will pick the best duet, and the best duet will have a very special prize: Emily starts to say what the prize is, but Michelle interrupts to say that the winners will be Leon Blackwood's assistant at the Absolute Dance Wild Styles Convention.
The first duet is Piper and Finn, Piper thinks that Finn copied her answers. The next duet is Amy and Henry. Henry confesses he is not surprised that he and Amy were paired together. Summer and Kingston are the next duets, and Kingston is happy because Summer is one of the best dancers in A-Troupe.
Noah and Jacquie are paired together, which is a surprise to no one. That leaves two dancers: Ozzy and Richelle. Richelle protests but Michelle says that Richelle and Ozzy got the highest compatibility score. They have until the afternoon to rehearse the duet and show it to Michelle and Emily.
