Once again, I was all alone.

I watched as the U.A students left the hangout spot all together as a group. I couldn't help but admire them. They had such a strong bond with each other. Kinda like a family.

Family.

My mind instantly went to the day I met Shigaraki. As kids, he would always want me to call him Tomura. But ever since he started leading the league, he's been shutting me out more. Leaving me in the dark. So I just call him Shigaraki now. He deserves that much from a heavy burden like me.

I looked down at my phone and noticed it's almost 4.

Shit

I ran from the park straight to the league hideout. Shigaraki is going to kill me. Kurogiri, please find my father when I die. Let him be the one to hold my casket so he can let me down one final time.

I swung open the door. I saw a large man, with such interesting swords. This must be Stain the Hero Killer. Definitely lives up to the freaky and intimidating title he put for himself. I could feel Shi's glare. I quietly sat down beside Kuro avoiding all eye contact.

This was awkward.

Stain smirked at me as I came into his view. "You must be, (Y/N) (L/N) . . ." Stain lifted one of his knives and placed it under my chin lifting it upwards. I felt as the blade made a small cut. Not flinching I started at him unamused. He removed the sword and laughed, cleaning it off with a washcloth that Kuro left on the counter.

"I must say, you look exactly like her. Besides the hair, of course, we all know that (H/C) Isn't natural darling." I couldn't help but tense up at the word not processing what Stain just said. After thinking about his words my eyes widen. Could he mean . . . ?

"(M/N) was such a kind woman. Too bad she's no longer with us." My mouth slightly opened, this man knew my mother. How? How could he know her? My mother was a worker at the local cafe down the street.

Wasn't she?

The tension in the air was tight. Neither Kuro or Shi knew what to say. And honestly, I don't blame them. I don't know what to say either. "You must be confused young one. Let me tell you a little tale about your dear old mother, shall I?"

>>>>

"You mother was quite young when she had you. If I remember she was sixteen, wasn't she? Gosh, I can't imagine what it was like for her, dropping out of school, having no support and having to raise this child all on her own.

When you were born she knew there was no way she could support the two of you with just the simple job she had. She knew she needed something bigger to do. If It meant providing for her child, she would do anything.

And she did, I ran into her, ready to kill her right then and there, but she cried, telling me about her beautiful daughter, that was you by the way. After a lot of (M/N)'s whining and begging I finally broke, letting her work as an assistant under me, for the time being. I'll be honest I wasn't planning on keeping her around for long but she didn't need to know that. All I had to do was make sure you had enough food on your plate every day.

As you know, she didn't last long. Not because of me though. After four years of her hard work and dedication onto me, some of my other workers decided to do some deeper research into just who your mother was. That was when I found out the biggest secret she kept from all of us. And the secret that got her killed."

After listening to Stain talk about my mother like that, I couldn't help but feel, betrayed. She ran from heroes because they wanted to lock her up. The same people, the same heroes who she told me I could trust. My mother killed hundreds of people just to make sure I stayed alive. But I never asked to be here.
