- Ashton's POV -
- HOSPITAL, Sunday, 2:30 PM -
- 9 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES LEFT -
We were sitting there, relaxing.
It's good to see her family again.
I still didn't forget what Mr. Wilson had told me.
It kept going on my head, for as long as she lives.
"Mom, dad, can I spend my last hours with Ashton?" She speaks all of a sudden, leaving us silent.
Her parents look at each other, and they tear up.
"Anything for you, Normani." They hugged her tightly.
Her parents kept on crying.
I couldn't help but feel sad for them.
"Goodbye, Normani. We'll remember you always." Her father states, before standing up, and walking out of the door.
The rest of the family leaves silently.
I look at them with a small smile.
I approached her, and gave her a kiss on her forehead.
I pursed my lips.
"Remember when you would always make jokes at the office?" She chuckles, and closes her eyes.
"Yeah, they were laughing so hard." I laugh softly.
"Oh, come on. They're so corny." We both laugh, reminiscing our memories.
"Oh, and the time you first caught me when I fell." She blushes.
I chuckle in embarrassment.
"That's when I first fell for you, Norms." I blush fiercely.
She starts laughing.
"What?" I quirk a brow, blushing more than ever.
"Ash, you're turning red." She keeps on laughing.
I laugh along with her.
Even if she has a few hours left, she still happy.
That's all I want from her.
And that's why I love her, for who she is.
Normani Andrea Wilson.
We spend the whole day together having fun.
