Chapter 13
"You won't lay a hand on her, and I will keep her safe no matter what." James said stepping in front of me.
"Oh, is that how you fell. Well then, we'll see." Lilly said.
She steps out from behind the window and looks at me with fake sad eyes. She walks over to me and puts her arms out like she wants to hug me. I step back and James glares at her. She stops and looks at Adam.
"Adam, have you left yet? Are you still on the team? Come on, the agency will fall with John and me gone. If it falls, where will you go? You can come with us and become powerful." she taunts.
"I already left and I'm on my own. So I say no to your offer." Adam said.
"And you, James, why are you still with her? I know about the kiss and what if someone better comes along, what will happen to you? Will she leave you, will you blame yourself? Everything that has happened has happened because of her. Everyone knows that." she taunts again.
I look at James and then look away because he's glaring at Adam. I see Lilly is smiling.
"Guys, you see what she's doing. She's turning us auginst each other. That's what she wants. We can't let her do that." I tell them and they stop.
I look at Lilly and she's smiling, the smile that was in me dream. I turn around and see Adam and James on the floor. I also see two men holding knifes. I turn back to see Lilly walk over to me.
"We can do this the easy way and I won't hurt you friends or we can do this the hard way. You pick." she said.
I look at my phone on my bed and see that it was on video. I run over to reach it and tape record, but making sure that they did not see me tap it. I then feel something grab my arm and I try it get loose but it was no use. I stop struggling and turn to where Lilly is now standing. One of the two men have both my arms behind my back.
"Where are you taking me?" I ask.
"To the lava detention, that is where we have our base. There we will toucher you till we get what we want. Now, any last words?" she said.
"I will make sure that you will pay for what you've done, you bartered. You can toucher all you want, but I'll never tell." I say strait to her face.
I now feel my hands tied behind my back and the man lets go. I turn to see him back up. I turn back to face Lilly and she slaps me across the face. I look back at her and she grabs my throat.
"Now you listen, and listen good. If it was up to me, I would kill you right now. But I can't, it's all part of the plan and John needs you alive. If you do any thing like that again, I'll make sure that after we're done with you, I'll do away with you my way." she said.
She makes her grip tighter and I now start to gasp for air. I try get away, but I can't use my hands. She then throws me across the room and I feel like I'm about to die. The blow knocked the wind out of me, so now I can't breath. I look up and see the two men pick me up and head out the door. Oh, I hope the recording got all of that.
