Brandon's Point Of View
I wasn't in my little space when I woke up this morning. I realized that I was still in my crib.
"Hello? Anyone there?" I called out.
I waited about 20 seconds and no one came so I decided to climb out of the crib. I easily got my left foot over. When I lifted my right foot over I slipped and fell to the ground.
"Fuck" I mumbled when I hit the floor.
It didn't hurt at all.
"Brandon!" I heard Ally yell at me.
"I'm fine Ally and I am not little right now." I said as tears started to fall down my cheeks.
I didn't notice.
"You need to be careful Brandon. Now let's go get you changed." She said as she hoisted me up on to the changing table. She then started to clean me up.
"Do you want a diaper or a pull up?" She asked me
"I will still probably need a diaper in case I slip." I replied while blushing.
"Okay, sweetie." She replied with a smile.
She put a fresh diaper under me. Then she put the cream on, and then the powder. Finally, she pulled the tabs up making sure that it was secure.
"There you are all done." She replied as she threw the diaper into the pail.
"Thanks, Ally." I replied as she washed her hands.
"It's not a problem." She replied with a smile.
"Where are my mama and mommy?" I asked.
"They are going out on their date right now. Probably for the whole day." She replied as she picked me up.
"Ughhh!" I whined while pouting not wanting them to be gone that long.
"You are going to have to sit in the corner for swearing though. Don't think that I didn't hear you say that word earlier" Ally said.
"I don't wanna." I said partially slipping into my headspace.
"Please sweetie it is just for 10 minutes okay?" She replied as she put me in a chair that faced the corner.
"Fine." I said while rolling my eyes.
I fricken hate sitting and doing nothing it is the worst! I thought to myself. It felt like 5 hours have passed before anyone said a word to me and I slipped into my headspace.
"Brandon you 10 minutes are up." Ally said
After what felt like an eternity I came out of the corner with tears going down my cheeks.
"I'm sowwy auntie Awwy." I replied while crying into her and hugging her tightly
"It's okay baby." She replied while rubbing my back.
"Let's go get some breakfast hun." She said while she held my hand walking into the kitchen.
"Want mama." I said.
"She isn't here Sweetie." She replied.
"No! I want Mama!" I yelled getting frustrated because I just want my mama.
"She will be back soon. Now let's go eat hun." She said while she dragged me into the kitchen.
"Want mama." I replied while crying as I hit her because I didn't want to go into the kitchen. I just wanted my mama.
