Peter pressed his lips tightly together. He was clenching his jaw, desperately hoping it would subside the heaviness in his stomach. After the death at the jewellery shop, Peter couldn't get the nausea to go away.

His eyes began to sting as he recalled everything that had went down. Just the thought of the blood spilling from the man's chest brought back the tightness in his throat. He turned his head to the side and threw up.

He pulled out his phone. Mr. Stark had texted him saying that he was giving Peter till tonight to come home himself until "he goes the hell down there and drags Peter back to the tower" then another message 5 minutes later saying "that was a bit harsh, just come back please."

Peter ignored both of the texts. He knew he needed to be found but he didn't want to be. He kind of hoped Tony would come, though. Come and take him back but he knew Tony didn't care enough to do that. If Tony cared, he would be already looking for Peter. Peter rubbed his eyes to get rid of the tears forming. He scrolled to Tony's contact name and pressed block.

His phone began to vibrate, the name MJ popping up on his phone. He had gotten calls from both her and Ned nonstop since he left but ignored all of them. But for some reason, this time he pressed accept.

"Peter?" MJ asked. He froze, unsure of what he wanted to say if he would say something at all.

"Peter, are you there?"

The sound of her voice brought tears to his eyes. He missed her voice. He missed her in general. He opened his mouth to speak but there was no sound.

"Peter why haven't you been at school? Are you okay? Please just say something. Just say hello Peter, please just answer."

He wiped the tears that had fell. He heard her shaky breathing, obvious that she was crying on the other line.

"Peter-" He hung up.

After wiping his tears, he stood up and shot a web grenade at his phone before throwing the sparking device off the building. He watched as it shattered into pieces on the cement. Now he couldn't be tracked by Mr. Stark or called by anyone.

Peter stared down at the jewellery shop. It was just down the street from the building he was sitting on and was covered with yellow caution tape. It reminded him of Uncle Ben's death, how the police were guarding the yellow square and wouldn't even let Peter come next to his Uncle. He remembered not having the chance to say goodbye so instead he said it to a photo of Ben every night after the incident before he tried to go to sleep hoping for no nightmares.

Then May being shot aswell. He never even got payback.

Peter swung down from the building. He had Karen direct him to the nearest gun store and walked in and out, easily stealing a pistol with the help of his invisibility. He'd rather hurt than be hurted.

"Did you call him?"

"Of course I called him Pepper, it goes straight to voicemail!"

"Track his phone then." Steve chimed in. It was Steve and Wanda who were around at the tower this time. The two of them along with Pepper and Tony sat at the long dinner table.

"I already tried to track the Stark phone I gave him and it didn't work. To try again, it'll take days! We don't have days to find the son of a bitch." Tony replied.

"He's basically your son so you're just calling yourself a bitch." Steve mumbled. Tony shot him a dirty look.

"Besides, I don't even know if he has his phone with him. By the looks of it, he threw it in the trash." He put his head in his hands.

"Why don't you just go out and look for him yourself?" Wanda suggested.

Tony sighed. "I would if it wasn't for the fact that he took the suit with frickin invisibility!" He exclaimed.

"Don't worry Tony. We'll find him." Steve said. Tony nodded, unconvinced.

There was a moment of silence. "Disperse!" Tony exclaimed, throwing his hands out. The 3 others couldn't tell if he was joking but still stood up and walked to their rooms. They had no doubt that Tony wanted to be alone.

Tony sat at the large table, running the possible ways to locate Peter through his mind. He tried at least a hundred times to track the Spiderman suit but each time, whatever device he was tracking from crashed. Tracking his phone didn't work either and according to his principal, he hadn't showed up to school since he left. Whatever hope Tony had to find Peter had gone a long time ago.

He put his head down. He felt like crying a river. That was his kid. He lost his kid.
