As Xenophilius strolled out the Three witches, the day seemed to have brightened up. It was still at a chilly temperature and a had a bit of a frosty breeze, however the sun had crept from behind the clouds. It was 3:00pm and with the slightest bit of sun, more villagers and locals had emerged from their dens. They were all wrapped in colourful coats and knitted scarves and gloves and some even had hats! A few had boots on as the floor was slightly slippy from previous icy nights. Everyone was perfectly fitting in to the winter weather, as some locals rushed into shop to shop to stay out of the cold and others lingering in shops for ages in the warmth of the shops. The bakery was a popular shop to be in as, the warmth from the ovens spread into the shop lifting the smell of freshly , made, bread, cakes and iced buns.

Xenophilius had fingerless gloves on and a thin pair of boots so wisely took the decision to find a shop quickly. He was nearest the Equipmentarium so he entered the shop to his right. He sighed as he stepped in as the warm air brushed against him. He looked for someone to serve him but know one was to be seen. The room was silent and his foot steps were echoing as he walked. He pressed his fingers on the desk bell to ring for service and as the bell rung a middle aged women jumped up from behind the counter.  Xenophilius jumped back in fright.

" Hello there! It's Mr Lovegood isn't it? Xilphia's husband?" Greeted the  excited woman.

"Umm, yes" Xenophilius replied trying to get his breath back as he was still shocked.

" Sorry didn't mean to make you jump, just tidying up there. I"m Josie by the way, if you didnt know. What can I do for you? You buying for Xilphia?"

"Umm, well-"

"Oh, it's ok if you dont remember what she wanted you to get. She does get some complicated spell equipment."

"Um, actually-"

"Well not complicated for me, of course. I have her general stuff at the back here"

"No, I'm not-"

"Yeah, I left it in a specific place, I'm sure."

"Wait I'm no-"

"Yeah, I'll just fetch it. I'm rather organised I am." Josie, skipped off to the store room, completely oblivious to the fact that Xenophilius was trying to speak.  Xenophilius sighed, waiting patiently for her to return.

"I should have it somewhere here. I remember coming in and standing right here...." Josie shouted from the back room.

"You know, it doesnt matter infac-" Xenophilius started to call back.

"Ooh and then I turned around to here"

"Yeah, so I was saying, that I dont need to ge-"

"Oh no, do you know what I did?"

"What?" Xenophilius asked in a tired, frustrated way.

"I delivered it, but never collected it.  Pfff, I thought I was organised. Dont know what i was thinking. "Josie said as she walked back into the room.

"Well, thats alright bu-"

"No no, don't worry, I'm just gonna get them now. I'll probably be about 15 minutes, come back after.  Sorry for the inconvenience, thanks for popping over. I'll see you in a bit. " Before Xenophilius could say anymore, Josie had wizzed out the store and was heading away.

Xenophilius put his head in his hands and walked to the door. He took a deep breath and went back out into the cold air to continue on his mission to get a job.
