"How was prison?" Lizbeth asked 
"Some days..it was hell and some days...it wasn't hell but I do know one thing is that prison can change you. You just learn to see the world differently for sure. Of course you guys would never know that and hopefully you never do" he said still focusing on the road 
"Hm didn't know prison can do that to you" I said 
"It can brother, don't fall down my path" Johnny said looking back at me for a second and then turning back to look ahead of him 
Lizbeth looked back at me giving that look. I looked away as I was trying to figure out how the hell I was going to tell Johnny about this whole predicament I got myself into...then again he just got out of prison and I don't need to get him into my problems. 
When we got home my parents were still there. They were just exiting the kitchen when they stood there in shock to see Johnny really standing in front of them. Liz and I moved out of the way for Johnny to come in between us to give my parents the biggest smile that's ever been in this house. They looked at each other and then at Johnny as they both came up to him giving me the tightest hug as he hugged back. 
"Mijo I'm so glad you're back!" My mother said as she kissed his cheek as she was crying of joy 
"I'm glad I'm back" Johnny said as he voice sounded muffled 
"Glad to have my other boy back" my dad said patting Johnny's back as they let go him to admire and appreciate the moment. Lizbeth stepped up. 
"I should head back home, Johnny I'm really glad that you're back" Lizbeth said as She hugged johnny and hugged her back so tight 
"I'll take you home, you're not going back to school?" I asked 
"I'll go tomorrow it's fine" Lizbeth said 
"You're right" I said getting the keys again 
"Bye guys, take care!" Lizbeth said as She waved at My parents and Johnny as they waved back as we exited the house while I shut the door behind me 
"I have to keep an eye on you" I said as I walked to the passenger door opening it for Lizbeth. I got in as I shut the door for her 
"Why is that?" She asked as i got into the drivers seat shutting the door behind me starting the engine 
"The Anderson's. I know what they're capable of and I don't want them to hurt you" I said as I began driving down the street 
"I'll be fine, it's not they'll sneak up on me when I'm walking up the stairs of my house" she said giving me a stern look 
"I just want to protect you" I said looking at her for a second and turning back to focus on the road. We stopped at her house as she looked at her house and then me grabbed my hand 
"Thanks for being my bodyguard" she said smiling 
"always lady bug" I said as I kissed her forehead she got out of my car, she walked up the stairs looking back every second making sure I was still there when she got inside. Once she got inside I went about my way back to my house.

August 16th 
  I was on my phone. I usually don't eat the gross school lunch, I'd rather home to cook up something for myself. As usual I was making my way to lunch when Monica stepped right in front of me out of the blue. 
"Give me heads up next time Santoro" I said giving her a death glare 
"Sorry Ray but Aaron is off today" she said folding her arms tapping her shoe out of patience. I don't know how Gonzalo puts up with this woman then I'd be willing to put up with her. Yeah yeah. I like Monica way before she started dating Aaron then Gonzalo. But I never stepped up to tell how I feel because I'd be breaking bro code with both Aaron and Gonzalo. But I guess I'm just not that guy she wants.
