Chapter 38. Telling the Big News

                                    

                                          
~Lance's (Agent 8) pov~
I was so thrilled that Cora accepted the ring and my proposal. But the thing is...........we had to tell everyone and it was a bit nerve wracking at first but me and Cora were confident. We first waited for Emma to arrive and it was really late, I just hope she isn't partying. Luckily when she came she wasn't drunk.
   "Emma...." I called her to the couch as she walked in.
   "What is it little bro?" She came and sat down on a single chair.
   "Me and Cora would like to show you something." I told her. She was confused at first but as I grabbed Cora's hand and showed her the ring she was squealing with excitement.
  "IM GOING TO BE AN AUNT!!" She squealed.
    "Emma.... don't take it that far." Cora turned extremely red after her sentence.
   "S-Sorry, I just got a little bit too excited." She rubbed her head in embarrassment.
  "So, are you going to tell the others?" She asked us.
     "Yes, we are going to tell Cora's parents tomorrow then will throw a party and tell them.
   "Alright then, well good night love birds!" Emma said before heading off to bed.
   "I hope I get my parents valise." Cora turned to me and hugged me.
~Next day~
~Cora's (Agent 3) pov~
I woke up with excitement and woke up Lance as soon as I did. He really didn't want to get up but I forced him because I said if you don't wake up we'll never get married. He jumped out of bed as soon as I said it which made me laugh a little bit at him. Emma agreed to set the party up as we were gone and we would text everyone once we were done setting up the party.
   "You ready?" Lance held my hand as we walked down a street to get to my parents house.
      "I'm more than ready!" I exclaimed as I then started to run. Lance started to chase after me and we had a great time until we arrived. I told my brothers to come to are parents house for a important conversation. I knocked on the door waiting for them to open the door and realized it was my brother Isaac.
   "So what's the big conversation?" He smirked and let us in.
  "Don't think it like that!!" I snapped at him slapping his arm.
      "Ow! Ok!" He started to rub his arm. I saw my parents sitting at the table waiting for me and Mason was sitting playing a game on his phone.
   "Oh, you're finally here." Mason looked up and fixed his hat.
  "Yeah, well we have some good news." I said sitting down next to Lance.
     "We're very excited to hear this news sweetheart!" My mom smiled at me with her sweetest one.
   "Well.....me and Lance are...." I looked at Lance and he grabbed my hand and showed it to my family. My mom was very shocked and held her hands over her mouth. My two brothers had nothing to say but silence. My father was even more shocked then any of them.
   "Married!!" We both said at the same time.
     "Y-You proposed!?" My mom looked over to Lance.
  "Y-Yes I did." He said while holding my hand.
    "We only came to tell you the good news and to ask for your approval." I tried to make them not mad or something like that.
   "I'm..." my father spoke and looked at me and Lance. He got out of his sit and hugged me and Lance.
  "I'm so proud of my little girl!!" He sounded like we was going to cry. 
     "I'm surprised she got a boyfriend and now she is getting married. Never thought it would happen." Mason stated with shock.
   "Imagine the children they'll have~" Isaac teased me.
  "SHUT UP!!" I yelled at him. He then looked at my neck and I forgot to put makeup on it because I was so happy to tell everyone. 
   "Wait...are those...LOVEMARKS!!" Isaac started to laugh a little bit.
   "N-NO THEIR NOT!!" I yelled at him again being all flustered.
   "Ha!! You stuttered!!! You did have sex with him!!!" Isaac rubbed it in my face. I just slapped him across the face blushing madly.
    "I knew you would act like this!!! WHY CANT YOU JUST SHUT THE HELL UP!!" I yelled at him again.
   "Sorry....I just got excited. I'm sorry for teasing you. But did you really?" He asked calmly.
       "F-Fine, b-but no we just kissed make out." I lied.
  "Oh! I'm such an idiot!" He started to laugh at himself.
    "Well we have to go back to the apartment, we need to tell all are friends." I waved goodbye.
   "Oh sweetheart, you definitely have are approval." My mother hugged me one last time.
    "Ok let's go." As I looked that my parents closed the door. We started to run to my apartment and saw the whole place decorated.
   "Oh you guys came right on time!" Emma said as she was setting up speakers for the music.
   "This is amazing Emma!!" I exclaimed with all the beautiful decorations.
  "Thanks and don't worry about texting the others I already did that!" Emma started to play Ebb & Flow. There was suddenly a knock on the apartment door and it was Wafflez, Dainel, Flynn, Natalie, then Sodia and Marcus.
   "Hey you two! Long time no see!" I waved to Marcus and Sodia. He was such a shy octoling which made him stand out so innocent.
   "So we just wanted to have a party to tell you all...." as I let them in. They got themselves comfortable and looked at me and Lance. Lance raised my hand and showed everyone the ring. Everyone gasped from it and Wafflez started to squeal all over the place.
   "OMG YOU GUYS ARE GOING HAVE SO MUCH SEX!!!" Wafflez shouted and the whole place went silent. I held a fist at her and she just looked at the others.
   "You better run..." I smirked at Wafflez with anger. At this moment Wafflez knew....she fucked up.
  "BITCH!!!" I yelled and started to punch her back, and arms.
  "OK OK IM SORRY AS HELL!!" Wafflez said trying to stop me.
     "Yeah whatever..." I replied to her and went to Lance.
   "Well I was wondering if you girls can be my bridesmaid and the boys can be Lance's Groomsman?" I asked them.
  "Of course I want to be part of this wedding!!" Wafflez hugged me.
   "Thank you all." Lance thanked them. Me and Lance have a whole new life ahead of us.
