Tris
My eyes open and the bed next to me is cold. Where's Tobias? Usually, he would leave me a note or something telling me where he went.

Oh yeah. He left last night. Where did he go? He never told me. Why didn't I ask? Did he even come back? Oh well. I'll ask him later.

I slip on a tank top and leggings, the usual. My hair winds up in a ponytail and I throw on my new combat boots. I slip my phone in my waistband and head out to the cafeteria. I intend to bring Zeke and Shauna some food because I don't know when they're leaving.

I get to the cafeteria and nobody is at our table yet. I grab some waffles and sit down, waiting for someone to show up. After about six or seven minutes, Uriah and Mar show up.

"Where's Four?" Uriah asks, sitting down across from me with cake. Mar sits next to him with a muffin. I shrug. "Woke up last night to him leaving. He said he had to go take care of something, " I answer. They look at each other skeptically and then to me.

"What?" I ask, furrowing my eyebrows. "Did you ever consider he's cheating?" The words hit me like a ton of bricks, but I understand why he would. I knew he would get bored of me sooner or later. I shrug. "But it wasn't like he got up slowly, trying not to wake me. He literally jumped out of the bed and stood there." I hesitate. "It was weird."

I take a bite of waffles. There are footsteps behind me and they sit down beside me. "Morning," Tobias says, setting his player down. "Morning, " I reply. Uriah and Marlene glance between us. "What?' Tobias asks, seeming a bit nervous. "Where were you? We got here and Tris was the only one here, " Uriah says, biting his food.

"I had to go take care of something, " Tobias answers and I shoot Uriah a glare to tell him to mind his own business. "Like what?" He asks skeptically. "Like none of your business, " Tobias retorts somewhat snappily. Uriah just looks at me with raised eyebrows.

"What is going on?" Tobias asks, looking between the three of us. "I don't know, " I reply, glaring at Uri. Can't he just mind his own business? The whole table just sits in silence.

"Do you know if Zeke and Shauna got out of the hospital yet?" I ask and they shake their heads. "They are so cute," Mar says cheerfully. "Totally, " I reply. Uriah just glares at Tobias. I fake cough, but try to be convincing. Uriah glances at me and I shoot him a quick glare.

"I'm gonna go bring Zeke and Shauna some breakfast, " I say, picking up the food I got for them. "I'm bored. I'm coming too, " Uriah says, standing. He's lying. I know he is. "See you at the apartment, " I tell Tobias and we head out.

"Do you believe me now?" He asks. I toll my eyes. "Shut up, " I retort, passing him a tray to carry. "He avoided the question and he was snappy. You can't deny that it's possible." I shrug. "I wouldn't be surprised if he was, " I reply, keeping my chin up and having forward.

"What?" He asks. "I would be surprised. I knew he would get bored of me." Uri frowns as we enter the hospital. "I swear to God, I'll kill 'em, " he threatens and I shake my head. "No need for that," I answer.

I knock quietly on the door and it slowly opens a few seconds later. "We come bearing food, " Uriah tells Zeke quietly. "More like Tris said she would and I tagged along." He laughs a bit and Zeke lets us in. The two babies are sleeping in plastic cribs next to Shauna's bed.

"Thanks, " she says as we hand her a tray. I give her two thumbs up. Uriah keeps looking at me funny. "What's up with him?" Zeke asks, nodding at him. I shrug. "I don't know, Uriah, " I say his name through gritted teeth. "What did he do?" Shauna asks, nodding at Uriah. "I didn't do anything, " Uriah responds.
