There! Right there! I see it, the MEGA ULTRA RAINBOW COTTON CANDY!! Ugh, if I could just reach out and-
I opened my eyes with a start and looked around. Wait...where did my rainbow cotton candy go?? I let out a groan and rubbed my temples. Where am I? Ugh. I'm lying on a small plain white bed with a light blue bedding and spread. I'm definitely not in my room, where everything is everywhere. This place is so clean, I can see my reflection in the floor! Oh no, my hair looks like a bird nest! Oops! Good thing Madame Jane isn't here.
Wait, woah! Aside from my disastrous hair, I look like I'm glowing! Where did my scars go? I'm pretty sure I had to have received at least one scar or bruise or something from Drac- no, he's not Draco, he's an imposer of Draco. Dang it, I wanted to show all my soldiers I'm tough! And that I'm a fierce warrior! ROAR. Haha, okay, now you know how weird my brain can be after I get knocked out. I should probably figure out how to get home...
I sat up, then quickly regretted doing so because I immediately started seeing stars and cotton candy everywhere. I squeezed my eyes shut quickly, and after a few deep breaths I opened them again. Okay, the stars are gone, but the cotton candy is still there. Huh? I squeezed my eyes shut again and reopened them. Nope, still there. Wait, is that real? I quickly jumped up- nope, bad idea. I tripped and almost fell. Nice, my good friends- the stars- are back.
I walked over to the table slowly and reached out a hand towards the cotton candy. Okay. that's definitely real. My stomach let out a big embarrassing growl, and I realized I haven't eaten anything since the party, which must've been yesterday since I can feel the sun on my back and the clock on the wall indicates that it's 3:45 pm. Well, it's not like anyone's here to eat them, I thought, helping myself to the cotton candies and the other numerous treats there are.
After I finished stuffing myself with enough junk food to last me awhile, I started to explore around. This house is like one giant room, and the walls were made of bark and vines and leaves. It kinda looks like the inside of a giant tree house! This house had none of the other usual furniture. Instead, there are pots everywhere with all kinds of shapes and sizes, from square pots to triangle pots. There's also a lot of panda shaped pots, with big eyes carved out and staring deep into my should. Wow, the person who lived here must love collecting pots and is obsessed with pandas! There are also a lot of shelves around, but they were so high only a person who's higher than 7ft can reach. Huh, I wonder who's tall enough to reach those? There were glass cylinder containers on the shelves, which reflected the sun and made my eyes and head hurt. I should probably try to find the door.
The door was surprisingly hard to find. The house was covered with so much vines and leaves it was hard to see anything, really. It was camouflaged into the side of the window (which, in case I forgot to mention, is so black you can barley see outside it). I grabbed the knob and tried pushing with all my might, but it won't budge. Huh? I'm not that weak! That's when I noticed the tiny "pull" sign on the door. The door is barley able to fit me! And I'm quite small for my age.
I pulled the door open and a gust of cold air hit me full in the face. I glanced out the door and immediately knew why- the house is LITERALLY FLYING! Yes, you heard me right, FLYING! How in the almighty universe am I supposed to get down? I can't live my whole life eating cotton candy and ramen and sushi even though believe me, I would love to! Just then, I felt something tickle my nose and looked up. I barley managed to keep myself from falling out of the tree house in shock. It was a FLYING CARPET! I'm not kidding, it's a REAL LIFE FLYING CARPET! Well, you try something new everyday, I thought.
I grabbed onto the ends of the carpet and pulled myself up. It was a very wobbly carpet and I felt as if I would fall off any moment. It wasn't a very pleasant feeling, but it was adrenaline-inducing nonetheless. The carpet seemed to know where to go without me telling it to, and any tugging on the ends of the carpet I tried didn't seem to work. I just hope that it's taking me back to the castle, and not another flying tree house. I looked back and, bingo! The house was indeed a flying tree house. It looked like a giant tree with a tiny open hole at the bottom. Oops, did I forget to close the door? Eh, the wind will close it- eventually.
The ride was quite peaceful, now that I've gotten used to it. Too bad I didn't have anyone with me to recreate the scenes of "Aladdin". I was joking, dating is at the bottom of my worries right now. Now that I was full and feeling better, the night came rushing back to me. Draco disappearing, Draco appearing, Draco turning my maid into a black smoky monster thing. I could still hear her screams in my head. I shuddered, and the magic carpet seemed to sense that because it whisked one of its tails on my shoulder in what I assume is a reassuring way, but it almost scared the living daylight out of me.
After what seemed like forever, we finally stopped in front of the castle. I stepped off my ride and strode the the front gate and walked inside. There was a low murmur noise and no one was making eye contact with anyone. I reached the lounge on the third floor and heard voices inside. "How's Funneh?" I pressed my ear to the door. "She's fine, after I brought her to the nurses, I saw her hand move a little. Nurse Lilac will fix her up right away." Nurse Lilac was the best nurse in the kingdom and worked on the first floor nurses office in the castle. She was constantly busy but gave me a smile every time I passed the room.
"It's so strange. She had cuts and bruises all over her body, but as I left, I couldn't see any." I recognized that voice now. My sisters must be inside this room. "That's weird. Did Lilac work her magic again?" That was Rainbows voice. "I hope so. She really did not have to do all that..." Golds voice sounded like she had been crying for a while now. "She's been unconscious for more than 24 hours! Draco must have really beat the living daylights out of her." Lunar pointed out. It when quiet in the room. The sounds of someone pacing inside started. So then it was decided. I knocked.
