Chapter 3: Jonas Sisters Meets The Zoo

                                    

                                          
Chapter 3: The Zoo
It was the last few day the guys spend with the girls before they went back to work. The guys decided to take the girls to the zoo for their last day with them.
                          
Kevin: time to wake up girls
                          
Both of them groans from their beds they both share a bunk bed together and Kevin each give the girls a kiss on the forehead.
Kevin: good morning, brush teeth, get dress come downstairs for breakfast so we can spend the whole day at the Zoo
Hayley: the Zoo!
Kevin: yes the Zoo come on kiddo
                          
Hayley got out of her bottom bed and raced into the girls to brush her teeth. Annie sat up in bed and rubbed her eyes and sigh and Kevin said.
                          
Kevin: what's wrong?
Annie: nothing
Kevin: Annie don't lie to me
Annie: (sighs) I'm just sad today's the last day. I wish it could be like this all the time
Kevin: I know sweetheart, but you know the guys and I have to go back to work to keep having the roof over our heads
Annie: when mom and dad were here they made it looked so easy. They always made sure we knew where we had to be and they always made sure family time comes first before music
Kevin: I know sweetheart but things are different now. Sure it will take a lot of getting use to with the new rules, new living situation, new schedule but everything will work out. Plus you get the spend the whole summer with is
Annie: I guess that's the bright side
Kevin: good girl
                          
Hayley comes out of the bathroom and Kevin said to her.
                          
Kevin: did you shower and brush your teeth?
Hayley: yes sir
Kevin: breath test
                          
Hayley sighs and huff her breath out to her brother last she did that her breath smells because she didn't brush her teeth and she had to go back to do it.
                          
Kevin: good girl, alright you get dress (to Annie) while you get showered and brush your teeth
Annie: yes sir 
                          
Annie hop off her top bunk and grabbed her towel and headed into the bathroom.
Kevin: alright bug, what do you want to wear to the zoo today?
Hayley: I can pick out the clothes today?
Kevin: it's your day
Hayley: yay! Gonna be the best day ever!
                          
Kevin chuckles and kiss her cheek and said to her.
                          
Kevin: go get your hair brush so I can brush your curls, I don't want them to get tangled
                          
Hayley nods and grabs her hairbrush and hands it over to Kevin so he can brush her hair.
                          
After the girls got ready, they met the boys and Dani downstairs, they ate breakfast together as a family than went out to the zoo together.
                          
When they reach the zoo, Annie said to Hayley.
                          
Annie: look Hayley pigs!
                          
The girls almost started to run but Kevin said.
                          
Kevin: freeze!
                          
Both girls froze and turn to their older brother.
                          
Hayley/Annie: yes Kevin
Kevin: what are the rules again when we are out in public places together?
Annie: uh...stay together 
Hayley: hold hands
Annie/Hayley: and don't get lost
Kevin: good girls because this is a big park with crowded people and I don't want to get lost especially if we get trampled with fans wanting to take picture
Annie/Hayley: yes sir
Hayley: can we go have fun now Kevy?
Kevin: yes, but hold my hand first
                          
Hayley grab a hold of her brother hands the family walked over to the pigs.
                          
After they took a break from walking they had lunch, Hayley was having a tantrum because she wanted ice cream because Dani and Kevin have told her no, so Kevin had to bring Hayley to the public bathroom to straighten her out. Hayley came back with Kevin with teary eyes holding him close before saying to Dani.
                          
Hayley: I'm sorry for being bad Dani
Dani: aww it's alright Hay Hay
                          
Hayley hugs Dani and sat on her lap, Hayley wince a bit when she sat down and Dani rubbed her back and feed her some baby carrots which Hayley did not like at all, she only liked the cook carrots not the raw one.
                          
The family looked at some more animals and Joe pointed out to Annie.
                          
Joe: hey look Annie you're favorite animal
Annie: horsey! Can we go over their please?
Kevin: (chuckles) sure kiddo
                          
Annie ran over to the horsey and the family caught up to her as Annie started petting one the horses and Kevin said.
                          
Kevin: Annie what did we just say about getting separated from each other
Annie: that it's a big park and we could easily get lost
Kevin: good girl don't let it happened again. You're 11 years old so it shouldn't be hard to remember like Hayley and so if you do screw up again we are gonna have a long "talk" in the bathroom like Hayley
Annie: (gulps) yes sir
                          
They played with the horses for a couple of minutes and even ride them before checking out other animals. They went on tour rides and even came across reptiles. After they have took a break and uses bathroom too decided to leave the park for the day to get food.
                          
Kevin: what do you girls want to eat?
Hayley: Chipotle 
Kevin: Annie? Annie?
                          
They all look around for Annie to find her not their and Kevin said to them.
                          
Kevin: where's Annie? I thought one of you guys was watching her while we were in the bathroom?
Nick: I thought Joe was watching her
Kevin: Joseph, did you lose our little sister?!
Joe: I was keeping an eye on her but I don't know how she slipped away
Kevin: great just, great! We lost our little sister at the zoo!
Joe: relax will go back to where we were and start looking for her
Kevin: alright you girls inside the car while we look for Annie
Hayley: is Annie in trouble?
Kevin: will see what she has to say for herself when we find her because she knows better than to wander off on her own. Now get in the car with Dani I don't want to lose you as well
Hayley: okay
                          
The girls got in the car and the boys ran back into the zoo to look for Annie. Big Rob, their security guard and a couple of security guard end up doing a search party for her.
                          
After Annie was done looking at the ducks she walk back over to the bathroom and looked for her family and found nobody their. She was scared she started looking around for anybody she recognize in her family but than bump into a security guard and she said.
                          
Security Guard: hey kiddo are you lost, where's your parents?
Annie: dead
Security Guard: oh I'm sorry who did you come with?
Annie: my older brothers, Kevin, Joe and Nick, with my sister in law Dani and my baby sister Hayley
Security Guard: big family, do you remember when you last some them?
Annie: in the bathroom
Security Guard: alright I'll go check inside, you stay right here
                          
Security Guard left to check to see if her family was in the bathroom and Annie stood their waiting but heard her name being called. She heard the voice and found that it was Joe and ran up to him and hug him.
                          
Joe: oh thank god, you're okay. We were so worried (hugs her and kiss her forehead)
Annie: I know I'm sorry. Am I in trouble?
Joe: yes you are, you know better than to wander off without telling us where you're going
Annie: I know, but I was so bored of waiting, so... I wonder off
Joe: that's not an excuse Annie, and you know that. 
Security Guard: there you're
Annie: I found my brother
Security Guard: oh good, she told me she was lost
Joe: well that's good that she thought the first thing to do was to come find you if she couldn't find us. At least you listened
Annie blushed knowing she was in trouble
Security Guard: btw my daughter is a huge fan, do you mind I get a autograph for her?
Joe: sure
                          
Joe signed a piece of a paper than she asked for a picture before leaving and Joe grabbed Annie and called Kevin to let him know she's been found.
                          
Annie: Kevin!
                          
Annie said running up to Kevin and hug him and he said.
                          
Kevin: thank god you're okay Annie, don't you ever do that to us again 
Nick: yeah you had us worried sick kiddo
Annie: (frowns) I'm sorry
Kevin: will discuss this when we get home, right now we are thankful you're safe. You understand why you shouldn't run off right?
Annie: yeah because I could get lost 
Kevin: yes and you also could get hurt, we thought someone took you sweetheart
Annie: I'm sorry, I'll never leave you guys side ever again
Kevin: good girl (kiss her cheek) come on will go out to eat than we will deal with this at home
Annie: (frown) yes sir
                          
They all got into the car and drove home and had their family dinner at the Cheesecake Factory.
