Training day

                                    

                                          
Barry was sitting in the cortex watching and listening to his friends doing their own thing. As he watched them tinker, study and write, Barry had an idea. Barry sped to the speed lab and began to clean and rearrange the lab to help his idea. 
                          
Nora realized that her father was gone from the cortex, and she saw in the camera that her father was running around the lab. Nora made her way to the lab, and found her father standing there and smiling.
                          
"Ta-da! Welcome to speedster training 101!" Barry said holding up his arms. Nora looked around at the surprise and said, "Dad, what is going on"? Barry walks up to his daughter and answers, "Since the day has been pretty slow, I think it's time we do some speedster specialized training". Nora smiled and hugged her father.
                          
Both got suited up, and Nora was egar to start, "So what are we going to do first"? Barry looked at the time and answered, "We are waiting for someone". Nora grows confused, when at that moment, a breach opens. Through the breach a girl runs through with a dark crimson eye mask. Nora threw her hands over her mouth and said, "OMG THIS IS SO SHWAY"! Jesse took off her mask and said, "Hi? I'm..Jesse Wells". Nora jumped up and down in excitement and a few seconds later a speedster in a yellow suit ran in. He slid off his mask and said, "I really need to get the hang of running on water". 
                          
"Awesome, now that Wally and Jesse are here, we can get started." Barry said. "Awesome... awesome? This isn't just awesome, I'll be training with Jesse Quick, Kid Flash and the Flash! I am so excited!" Nora exclaimed. Barry introduced his daughter to Jesse, and explained what was going on. "Got it, let's get started then." Jesse said ready to run. 
                          
Everyone chose their areas of weakness and split up. Barry tutored each of them to get better. Wally worked on running on water, Jesse tried creating a vacuum with her arms, and Nora practiced her lightning toss. Barry smiled as his friends practiced their speedy abilities. 
                          
In the cortex, Iris' attention was drawn to the action on the cameras. "Hey guys look at this, Jesse and Wally are here!" Iris announced. Iris put the footage on the screens, and everyone watched as the speedsters trained. Iris walked to the lab, and found Barry showing Jesse how to rotate her arms correctly. "Barry, what's going on down here?" Iris asked smiling and looking around. "It's training day for speedsters with yours truly as the coach." Barry said walking over to his wife. The two kissed, and conversed about the progress.
                          
About an hour in, Barry called a break and everyone went into lounge. The rest of the team was waiting for the speedster class with food and drinks ready. "Not gonna lie, I feel like I am back in high school." Wally said while he grabbed a drink. Everyone was talking and smiling when Cisco's phone went off. "Please don't say it's a meta alert." Iris complained. Cisco looked at his phone and said, "it is a meta alert, but it's not a bad guy...it's a hero". Cisco put the footage on the screen, and before their eyes, neon green lightning captured robbers and put all the objects back in their place.
                          
Barry and Nora raced to the crime scene, and waited for the cops. Nora and Barry analyzed the area and found nothing from this mysterious lightning. Once they got back to S.T.A.R. Labs, Cisco filled them in on what he could find. "Well it seems our mysterious lightning, has been helping us out since you entered the speed force. Once you got back and took on bigger foes, people reported that the Flash had been returning stolen purses and ruining bank jobs." Cisco said while loading pictures of crime scenes. The photos and videos show a blur with green lightning trailing behind. "Wait right there, the blur left something!" Nora said pointing at one of the videos. Cisco zoomed in, and watched as a jacket was left on the counter of a jewelry store.
                          
"I'll go check the evidence lock-up at CCPD. If this speedster appears again, all four of us will try to talk to them." Barry said. Everyone agreed, and the CSI speed to the police station. He quickly searched evidence and tested the coat for DNA. After processing, a name appeared. Barry ran back to S.T.A.R. Labs and delivered his findings. 
                          
"Okay here's what we've got in the system. Silas Pace, 18. 911 was dispatched to an apartment complex where he was found passed out with a week pulse. He was in the hospital for five months suffering from heart attacks under stable conditions" Barry read. Cisco and Caitlin looked at each other and the doctor said, "Those sound like the same symptoms you had after being struck by dark matter". Iris looked at the screen and said, "It says here that he disappeared for about a year after recovery and that he came back after the Enlightenment." 
                          
Sherloque had been walking around the cortex quitly and starteled a few people when he spoke. "It appears that Mr. Pace is our green runner, but that doesn't answer the question of how he knows the skills he knows." Sherloque says looking at the screen. "What do you mean?" Ralph asked. "It is not easily seen from the naked eye, but the way he runs is experienced, he knows how to run." The detective replied. "He's right, a new speedster can't think so quickly on their feet without stopping." Nora said speaking from experience.
                          
An alert went off indicating several heists in progress. The four speedsters suited up and split to different crimes. XS made arrived at a mall to find the green lightning finishing off the robbers. XS followed the speedster as he ran, "Guys I got Silas, he's to fast for me". Everyone agreed, and they followed in with XS. "Guys your coming up at a for way, if y'all split up you can trap him." Cisco said through the inercoms. The speedy heroes agreed and trapped Silas at the four way. He looked around finding himself surrounded by four of the fastest people alive, not knowing what to do.
