Jaime's POV

My last class is Gym and at this point I am not surprised at all to find Abel coming through the door. The teacher tells him he doesn't have to dress down but tomorrow he needs to bring extra clothes.

We're playing basketball in gym for the next two weeks learning to do different moves, basketball was always my least favorite sport. To my dismay and utter shock I've got literally every class with Abel all eight of them. He sat beside me in Biology but barely looked at me.

We do are warm ups and then run a few laps around the gym before starting a game of basketball. As I am running up the court John Nichols bumps into me I turn to try to catch myself and twist my ankle on the way down.

The coach blows the whistle loudly and everyone comes up to where I'm laying tears roll down my face right away it hurts. I sit forward and instinctively grab my ankle "ouch!" I sob.

"Oh fuck I am so sorry Jaime!" John says getting down beside me quickly.

"N-no it's okay John." I whisper and then hiss when I attempt to move my ankle.

"Jaime can you get up and walk?" The coach asks.

I slowly try to get up but then fall. "Nope."

Abel is now standing over me looking at me worriedly.

"Okay um someone-" The coach starts.

"I got her." Abel says softly.

Wait what?

Before the thought can register Abel is suddenly lifting me into his arms bridal style easily. I gasp in shock at the gesture. "Oh shit." I mumble as Abel is already walking quickly away with me in his arms.

"You know you should eat more you're kinda light." He chuckles, I try to avoid his gaze but since that isn't happening I look into his eyes and snort.

"Maybe you should lay off the steroids." I say suggestively.

He throws his head back and laughs as he walks with me toward's the office. "Oh yeah? Well I hate to break it to you love but it's all natural muscle." He smirks. "I don't even work out."

Some part of me doesn't believe that his muscles are easily as defined as Aidens and Aiden works out everyday.

Abel somehow manages to open the office door without any help from me. The receptionist stares at us questioningly. "Um Jaime needs to see the nurse she twisted her ankle in gym class." Abel says.

The receptionist leads the way opening the door for Abel the nurse looks up from her desk. "Oh what happened?" She asks worriedly, our nurse is a younger lady this year. Ms. Brown the nurse last year had retired she'd worked here for thirty two years she was really sweet.

The new nurse Ms. Bell is really nice from what I've heard this is my first trip to the nurse this year. I'm rarely in the nurses office I'm not much of a clutz.

"Twisted my ankle in gym." I answer.

"Awe sorry to hear dear let me have a look." She says. My ankle is swollen of course she grabs me an ice pack for it and I put it on my ankle.
