Dazai X Reader [Waiting ]

The sound of the clock that was hanging on the wall was ticking nonstop. The sound was heard everywhere in the silent room. The night was getting darker and darker, the room was getting colder and colder. Even though there was a blanket cover your whole body you still didn't the warmness  at all.
                          
You turn your little body to his side of the bed. You sigh out because of the loneliness that was surrounding your side and your mind. And he's late again. You looked up at ceiling thinking back when you and him first move into in this apartment. [The apartment is a two stories loft.]
                          
Everything was perfect until he got many tasks from the president. And you understand very well that he need to protect the city and everyone including you. That's why he need to work overtime. You got up from the bed and went out, walking through the apartment.
                          
You came across his office and saw everything was in a big mess. He must have been super busy with the task that he didn't have enough time to prepare his own office. Sometimes he even forget his coat too. How childish can he be?? You decided to prepared his office that was in a total mess.
                          
While you were preparing his office you didn't notice that someone came into your apartment. The sound of walking and stepping the stairs was heard. The office door cracked open which made you stopped from what you were doing. Before you could react. He came to you and hug tightly from behind. "What are you doing in this late night, [Y/n]-chan? You know you need to keep your health in a good condition, you shouldn't wait for me." He talked to you with his tired voice.
                          
You chuckled at him. "Say the one whose more tired than me.  You should go for a shower now, and I'll make something for you. You seem like you didn't eat anything for years." You turned to him and take a good look at him. 
                          
His hair was quite messy, and his shirt collar was unbutton. Seem like he already took off his coat. You gave him a kiss and his cheek which made him look at you with his sweet eyes. "Now, go for a shower." You pushed him out off the office and you went down to made some food for him.
                          
"Dazai? Are you done yet? Come out quickly or else the food will become cold." You went to bathroom door and knocked on it as you were trying to remind him. He didn't respond back to you, but instead he opened the door which made you fell right into his bare chest. He held you by your waist and looked down at your heated face. "Hahaha....[Y/n]-Chan you're too cute. Why don't you get already used to it? Because sooner or later...."  
                          
You pulled away from him and walked out from the bathroom with your blushed. "Dazai you should get dressed now I'll be waiting for you." "Mmm.....But why did you turned away so quickly? I just want to give a....hug" The last word he spoke was very near to your ear which surprised you. Damn it....he's faster than the lighting!! You were about to go further but he pull you back and hug you.
                          
You were surrounded by the smell of his fresh scent around him. The warmth he gave you made you feel very warm inside your heart and your body. Wish that we could be like this again... He gave you a kiss on your forehead before he went to get dress.
                          
"Sooo? How was it?" You were staring at him that was sitting beside you and waiting for his answer."Ummm....It's not good but it's not bad either." He gave you a small smile. But you just gave him a blank expression to him. "But do you know what's more better than this?" He put down the chopsticks and stared at you with his mysterious eyes. "W-what's the matter?" 
                          
"Nothing, it's just that I....I don't know how to say this, but I really want to spend more times with you. Seeing you waiting for me to come home for dinner and waiting for me to go to bed together with you like these. It's making me felt like a bad boyfriend. How come I be so cruel?? I felt like I don't deserve you..." Then he went silent in the middle of his statement. 
                          
You cupped his cheeks with your warm palms. "Look at me Dazai" You lift his face up to look at you. "Don't ever said that again. What's you deserve is depend on your fate. That's why fate lead us to be together until today. Even if there are billion of people went against us, but fate still keep us together. Because that's what fate create for. So don't ever think like that again." Then you pulled away your hands but Dazai putted his hand on yours which made both of yours and his hands on his cheeks.
                          
Then he took your hand and kiss the back of your hand softly. "I don't know why but you're just..." You shut him by putting a finger on his lips. "Shh...just let me enjoy this one little moment with you please?" You suddenly hug him with all you want.
                          
He hug you back while caressing through your soft hair. After a while of hugging with him, Dazai noticed that you felt asleep in his arms. He lift you up a bride style to the bedroom. He putted you down slowly onto the bed and tried to made you in a comfortable position. He looked at your little face and tried not to disturbed your peaceful sleep
                          
Under the light of the moon your face look so graceful and flawless. With your little messy hair tangle near the edge of your eyes is only making you looked like a little sleeping beauty waiting for her prince to wake her up. What did I do to deserved you? You're more than enough for me. He thought inside his mind while eyeing your sleeping face. Then he gave you a kiss on your forehead and went out to make some business talk.
                          
The next morning 
                          
Starting a new day meaning spending a whole day without Dazai again. You toss and turned around the bed but you felt something like two arms were hugging you. You opened your eyes and saw Dazai that was sleeping peacefully. Wait....why is he still here? Out of the blue you rose up quickly which caused the sleeping Dazai to wake up from his sleep.
                          
"What's wrong [Y/n]-Chan?" He spoke up with his husky voice. His sleepy eyes were looking at you with many confusion in them. "Dazai, you're late for work. I thought today is the most..." He cut you out with his strong pull which only made you felt into his arms. "Don't worry the president give a permission for me for a few days leave. And from now on the president will gave me less work than before." 
                          
"But w-what about my job, I need to go and...." He cut you again. "I already told your boss and ask for your absence for a few days. And now will you please be with me?" He said still cuddled you. "Fine Fine, I will be you with the rest of my life."
                          
"[Y/n]-Chan from now on I won't let you wait for me ever again. And if I do, I won't ever forgive myself."

Man, I don't know why but I felt like I have been slacking of a lot lately. Whenever I try to focus on my work, I suddenly got easily distracted with the small little thing. But at least I didn't slack Of with this book. Man, I feel so much better after finish writing this. If I don't finish it sooner, I don't when will I finish this chapter. And I'm sorry if this chapter is too short :(
P:S From now on I'm going to upload my story once a week just for temporary. I'm really sorry guys, but when my school has a spring break I'll upload more for you guys. Love you guys🖤🖤
PS: I won't be uploading any stories until next week. Because I'll be on my holiday and I will try my best to upload some stories if I can.
