Akutagawa was really hating this and she wonders why Chuuya isn't freaking out as she is in the same boat as her really. Atsushi let's Akutagawa hold her hand as their twin boys are coming into the world. Atsushi didn't think she made Akutagawa pregnant with twin boys making her to worry and not like this at all.
                          
Akutagawa felt them moving down and the pain as Atsushi uses her abilities to help Akutagawa as much as possible as she doesn't want to lose her if she doesn't help making the birth of the twins to be much easier and Akutagawa was very tired afterwards.
                          
Atsushi names the twins Shin and Ryu Akutagawa-Nakajima making Akutagawa to agree as the names are perfect making her to wish she could hold them, but she might drop them as she's very physically weak right now which Atsushi got rid of making her to hold the twins as they feed from her.
                          
Chuuya gave birth to quads: two boys and two girls making Dazai to know that there's more boys than girls making her to wonder about that really. Atsushi keeps Akutagawa calm and helps out as much as she can as she has two children who will need her to give them some attention making her to understand.
                          
Atsushi saw how both girls growl at by passers making her to fully chuckle as she thinks it's cute how they want to protect their little brothers making Akutagawa to see what she means as it is cute really making everyone else to agree with them.
                          
Atsushi wonders if she would of gotten pregnant if Kyouka was male making her to shake her head at that thought and focused on her twins as the girls were once again growling at the passers making her to chuckle at them.
                          
Juanita and Luyi loves their brothers very much as Shin and Ryu love them. The boys first words were their sister's names making Atsushi to laugh as Akutagawa was hoping it was mama or papa really and was growing mushroom in the ground upset.
                          
Atsushi managed to calm him down as he's no longer a female making him happy as Gin was getting her dressed up in dresses making Atsushi to turn him into a female again sometime to allow Gin to have fun with her really. It was worth it really.
                          
Chuuya and Dazai laughed at her as this is one thing Atsushi would do if the need raises really. Kyouka joins in and jumps Akutagawa making him to pout making it soo funny as Dazai fall off of the log backwards at the site of the pout really.
