while harrison has a shower i put parker to sleep and put on the baby alarm. i hop into bed and wrap the covers around me, making me feel safe and warm. soon enough harrison comes out of the bathroom and quickly gathers his clothes for tomorrow and jumps into bed next to me.
"i love you" he whispers, pulling me close to him. "i love you too" i say and i burry my head in his chest. "i'm so lucky to have you el. you're the best wife and the best mum ever" he says and i smile.
