I walk towards Corbyn's hospital room and Jonah and Zach walk right out and Jonah turns Zach away from me and walks away
I take a deep breath and enter
When I walk in my heart breaks seeing him with a big cast around his whole leg
His eyes are closed and I walk towards him
I kneel on the side of his bed and I bring my hand up to his cheek
He opens his eyes and looks at me
"Hi" he says
"Hi. Im sorry"
"It wasn't you. I shouldn't have texted you"
"No but I texted you first"
"Hey it's not your fault"
"Baby I'm sorry for what I said before you left. I do love you I don't know why I said that"
"It's okay. I accept your apology for everything you did although you didn't do anything. I shouldn't have texted you while I was driving I know what could happen and it did."
"It's not your fault either Corbyn"
"How about this. It's neither of our faults" he smiles and I agree
"That's good except I don't think your dad or Jack agree"
"Oh well who cares what they think"
"I do. But for right now I only care about you."

"I love you too. I don't know what Id do if you died"
"Hopefully still love me"
"Corbyn I will always love you no matter what. You are my soulmate and I can't imagine being with anyone else."
"I love you too" a tear falls out of of his eye and I wipe it away
"I will love you forever" I whisper kissing him
"Can you stay tonight. If you lay on my right I won't hurt"
"I don't know. Your dad probably won't let me"
"Please"
"I want to I really want to but your dad-"
"I don't care. I'm 18 he can't control who stays"
"I guess. But-"
"No please stay"
"Okay I will"
"Good" he smiles and Daniel walks in
"How's my angel"
"Dad!"
"What"
"Don't call me angel I hate that nickname"
"I'm sorry what would you like me to call you"
"I don't know Corbyn"
"Sorry not going to happen. Plus I like calling you angel cause that's what you are"
"And how exactly"
"You're the reason I'm still alive"
"Huh?"
"Before me and dad adopted you I-I almost killed myself b-but then I remembered that I was going to have you soon so I didn't. You're my angel and without you I would've been dead"
"Oh dad"
Daniel hugs Corbyn and kisses his forehead
"You can still call me angel I won't mind" he says with a weak smile
"Good" Daniel pulls away and kisses his forehead again
"If you're okay me and the others are going home. We will stay if you need"
"No you can go. Can Taylor stay?"
"I don't mind"
"Just don't tell dad or Jack"
"I know. Well goodnight angel I'll be back tomorrow I love you"
"I love you too goodnight"
He leaves the room and Corbyn grabs my hand
"Ya know you're my angel"
"Yeah I know"
We laugh and he pulls me into the bed
I make sure I'm on his right side and I put his head on my chest
"I like when you lay on me. I feel like I can protect you."
"You can" he looks up and I kiss him
"I love you baby"
"I love you more" we kiss one more time and fall asleep
