Asher POV
I watch the tv from the back of the room as everyone's gathered around it in anticipation for the new year. My anticipation is far greater than anyone else's, but for different reasons. I make sure there's a clear path from me to bay and count down with everyone else.
3. Bay looks back at me and smiles. My heart pounds in my chest.
2. Bay winks at Leah, Leah turns and grabs cams shoulders.
1. Ty kisses Michael, Leah kisses Cam. Bay stands there awkwardly.
0. I storm towards bay. Her eyes catch mine and they grow wide as I grab both sides of her face and kiss her deeply. The people drift away and I kiss her until I have no more breath to give. I pull back breathlessly as I stare into bays eyes.
We're now the only two people in the room, all I see is her.
"Will you be my first girlfriend Baylor Rose Campbell?"
I ask as my heart hammers in my chest like nothing I've ever experienced. It takes her a moment to come out of her shocked state, but she smiles as she nods her head.
"I thought you'd never ask."
She smiles again and pulls me down for a kiss. Finally I can take a deep breath and I smile as my lips are all over bays soft ones, soon her hands are wrapped in my hair and I can hear people cheering around us.
I back bay up to her bedroom door, never breaking the kiss.
She fumbles for the door handle and we stumble inside. I kick the door shut as I hear someone yell and I smile as bay falls back on her bed.
We're both tipsy, I could tell by the kiss. She giggles as she stares up at me waiting for me to climb into the bed with her.
Slowly she sits up, a serious look on her face, her lips parted lustfully. She grabs the edge of her shirt and pulls it over her head. My eyes travel down to her luscious boobs covered by a Lacey bra and I grin.
"My baby's getting confident, I love it."
I growl at her as I wrap my arms around her shoulder and tackle her back on the bed.
I bring my hand up to her cheek, looking her in the eyes, slowly I trace a line down her color bone, and then down to her breasts. I watch as her chest rises and falls heavily as she looks me in the eyes.
Then I lean down and kiss her lips gently, I stand back up, grab her shirt, and throw it at her.
"Not while your drunk. You deserve something special."
I tell her and then walk back out to the party.
As soon as I walk out of her bedroom cam rushes towards me.
"Hey man- I jerst want to know haw the talk went with bay."
Cam slurs as he rests his hand on my shoulder. Man I haven't seen him this drunk since the accident.
"She said yes."
I laugh at him as I head to the kitchen to grab a drink, the room is empty other than me and cam.
"Aww I'm so happy for you guys."
Cam says and I turn around to look at him confused. I go to ask him since when he started being happy for us but before I could a drunk guy and a girl stumbles towards me.
"Hey boss man, we need our keys back. Here's my ticket."
The guy giggles as does the girl as he hands me his key ticket. Yes I did take everyone's keys like a valet and gave them a ticket in order to get there keys back. Looks like it was a good idea considering these two idiots are handing me their ticket trying to leave.
"No."
I say bluntly and the guy looks at me confused.
"What?"
"You and your girl call a cab if you wanna leave. You're drunk as fuck."
I tell him and his confused eyes turn to anger. Great, here we go.
"Bro you can't just steal my car give me my keys!"
He demands and I look at his ticket I gave him.
"Derek Evans."
I read the ticket as I take it from his hands.
"I remember you from earlier, you said and quote, 'it's cool you're doing this bro, I'd totally try to leave. Don't let me!' Sound about right?"
I ask him and he starts laughing.
"Oh yea you're right. Okay babe you got money for a cab I left my wallet?"
He asks and they stumble towards the door.
I hate drunk idiots.
"You took everyone's keys? That's cool. Good idea! I need to do that at all my parties."
Cam laughs and I shake my head.
"I'm glad you've let lose a little bit."
I tell him with a pat on his back as I open up a bud light bottle.
"It feels good you know? I'm not gonna deny it, I have been uptight these past few months. I feel like a completely different person if I'm being honest. I feel like a damn adult. I've just been so stressed. I worry about Bay every single day. Losing Kay man it's always got me on edge, I'm scared to death something will happen to Baylor and then I'm going to be here without both of my sisters. I jerst don't think I could do it. Anyway, I'm sorry for unloading all this on you. I know it probably hurts you to even listen to it."
He says and I shake my head at him.
"It's okay, you have to let things out sometimes."
I tell him and he nods.
"Yea, you should take your own advice."
He laughs and I laugh too.
"I'm working on it."
I say and he just smirks as he walks off into the living room to join the party.

"Drive safe."
I tell the last designated driver as he walks out of the apartment. I sit the basket of labeled keys down and look at everyone else trying to leave.
"The rest of you drunk bastards get a ride."
I shout and everyone groans as they walk out the door.
I smile when I see bay leaning up against the wall smiling at me a few feet away.
"Yer such a nice parson."
She slurs as she taps my chest and I roll my eyes at her drunk state.
"Come on lets get you to bed."
I tell her and then turn her around to walk towards her bedroom.
"Uh Ty and Michael er uh in muh room... they've been in there fur awhile."
She says as she stops to look at me, her eye brows are raised and her eyes are wide and I can't help but to start busting out laughing.
"Guess I'm sleeping on the couch."
She says as she flares her arms up and lets them fall back down and hit her legs like a child.
"You're cute you know that."
I smirk at her and she looks up at the ceilings.
"Yea I know."
She says like it's the hardest thing in her life and I start busting out laughing again.
"Why are yew always laughing at me."
She asks and I just smile as I grab her head and kiss her on her forehead.
"Because you are the funny bone to my elbow baby."
This makes her giggle and she slaps my chest.
"That was good!"
She exclaims and I smirk.
It wasn't that good.
