Part 13- Sippy Cup

                                    

                                          


                          
(before we start i just wanted to say that some of this chapter is based on Melanie Martinez's Sippy Cup video and song and all the ideas come from her.  To get the jist of what is from her video and song , i suggest you watch the video afterwards (or before if you want spoilers)If you have not listened to her album Crybaby i really recommend because the story she tells through her music is AMAZING! Also, if you are uncomfortable by death or alcohol, then maybe you should skip this chapter, i don't wish to offend anyone. Also if you are going through anything bad, make sure you tell someone who can help, you are worth it!)
                          
I woke up, still in the bathroom. The bathroom looked like a crime scene. There was a pile of rubble where the bath used to be and blood was everywhere. The door burst open and Enoch as standing there in the doorway. I stared at him and he stared at me, straight in the eyes. I felt a sharp sting in my stomach. I lowed my eyes to my stomach slowly. Enoch's eyes, realising what i was doing, followed too. My eyes met with a deep red gash that was from the top of my stomach to the top of my left thigh. My eyes met with Enoch's again and i let out a laugh and fell to the ground. 
                          
I woke up, bandages around me and on a soft bed. I was greeted with Enoch sitting beside me.
                          
"Toni, Miss Peregrine told me about the note." He said
                          
"I'm sorry i got angry" I said "I don't want to go."
                          
"I don't want you to go." He said.
                          
"I need to go according to Miss Peregrine. Have a positive relationship with someone in my family."
                          
"You said you didn't remember your parents." 
                          
"I do. all too well."
                          
"shit." Enoch said. "look, you don't need to-" 
                          
"I want to." i cut him off
                          
So i told him my story. 
                          
"I woke up one evening to find my mother, alcohol in hand, tying up my father and a woman. I didn't understand at the time, but he had been having an affair. Because i was young, i had no idea what was happening, until it did. She stabbed them. Until they were as dead as doornails. I didn't react, i just stood there and watched, wide eyes."
                          
"You have been through hell." Enoch said "i'm sorry."
                          
"It's fine. You know maybe Miss Peregrine is right I might need this."
                          
"i don't want you to leave... But if you want to, i won't stop you." he paused "But you have to promise me, i will see you again." He said, his head in his hands
                          
" I promise. Shes collecting me today. I'm so sorry, E."  I said.
                          
"This isn't goodbye."  He said. I got up and packed up my stuff. I apologised to Claire, Bronwyn and the twins and said goodbye to everyone. I stood at the front door, suitcase in hand and a frown on my face. 
                          
"Goodbye Toni." Miss Peregrine said
                          
i gave her a hug and turned to face Enoch. I said goodbye with one last kiss. "See you later." I said
                          
"Until next time." He replied i walked off to the dock where i met my aunt and got going. On the boat and away to my new house, my new family.
                          


                          
"Goodbye Enoch" i whispered to myself as i watched the small island of Carinholm  fade into the distance.
