Jaypaw
Jaypaw chuckled and her tail flicked in amusement "Shame I've gotta live in that sorry excuse of a Clan until that day comes."

Rubbleclaw
Rubbleclaw's tail tip flicked beside his chest. He was comfortably with the brief silence that had settled between them. He repeated the eating action, and poked more black feathers into the pile that was growing. "So, what's your favorite type of prey?" The question directed was conversational.

Beetlepaw
Beetlepaw nodded his head in agreement. He remained quiet, an inquisitive light rising to his eyes as he watched her.

Jaypaw
The silver tabby flicked her ear and her paws began to fade "Ugh. I'm waking up."

Sparrowsky
Sparrowsky thought for a moment. "I would say a sparrow," she joked, "But I would think someone would say it's cannibalism. I'd be eating a mini me." She fell silent for a moment to actually think, "I do like squirrels. They're really juicy." She paused, "And probably because that was the first prey I caught. My mentor said it was luck."

Rubbleclaw
Rubbleclaw laughed, his whiskers twitching in amusement. "I wouldn't hold it against you. And that sounds rude of them, I bet it was more than luck. But squirrels are pretty good, I can agree."

Sparrowsky
"They haven't said it yet, but that's what I think they'd say," she meowed, embarrassed. She shook her head after a moment of pause. "What's yours?" Sparrowsky tipped her head to the side inquiringly. She bent down and took another bite of the bird.

Jaypaw
The silver tabby flicked her ear and her paws began to fade "Ugh. I'm waking up." She grunted at looked up at the large trees

Rubbleclaw
Rubbleclaw shrugged, indicating he didn't think it was too big of deal. "Mice," he answered. "Easy to catch and you can never eat too many of them." He bent down and took a final bite, pushing the meager remains, enough for one more bite, in Sparrowsky's direction.

Beetlepaw
Beetlepaw stood up. "Ah. Well, I'll see ya around. Have fun in SkankClan." He turned around, looking over his shoulder. He winked and and padded away, black fur merging into the dark shadows.

Blazeheart
Blazeheart rubbed a paw over her muzzle, trying to alert herself. StarClan had blessed her the night before with sound sleep once she finally had drifted off, even though it may have been short. The dawn patrol had been taken care of, so she was currently sitting outside of the apprentice's den, waiting for Jaypaw to wake up.

Sparrowsky
"Yeah, mice are pretty good, I have to agree," she meowed, dipping her head in thanks to his gesture. She finished off the bird and swallowed. She pushed the remains aside. "I guess mice aren't quite my favorite because of the tail." She stuck out her tongue in disgust. "I mean-- they look really weird. A squirrel's is bushy."

Rubbleclaw
Rubbleclaw observed her expression with amusement. Cute. "True. But having fur stuck in your throat? Double i ick." He shook his head and stood up. "I'm going to head off to my nest. Thanks for sharing with me."

Sparrowsky
"Mice have fur too. I see the same problem with that," Sparrowsky replied. "And no problem. I enjoyed our conversation. I'm going to stay out here a bit," She got to her paws. She still could make use of the dying light.

Rubbleclaw
"Though not as much." Rubbleclaw dipped his head and took a step away. "All right.I did too. Good night!" He trotted away, head tilted up as he disappeared into the warrior's den.

Blazeheart
Blazeheart drew a paw over her ear, then straightened as she saw Jaypaw leave the den. "Good morning Jaypaw. How did you sleep?" she meowed, hoping a friendly approach would soften what she needed to say next.
