Thanksgiving

                                    

                                          
I woke up the next morning hearing pots being put on the stove and packages opening. I got out of bed and walked into the kitchen. Grandma and Mom were making a whole bunch of different food. I sat at the island and watched them. 
                          
"Morning Em" mom said. 
                          
"Morning mom" I said getting a bowl of cereal. I finished my cereal and went back into my room. Mom made me pack a nice dress for dinner tonight but until then I will be comfy. I grabbed a pair of grey jeans and a plain red shirt. I got dressed and walked out of my room. Bandit had woken up whole I was getting dressed and was in the kitchen eating breakfast. I went and sat in the living room with dad and grandpa. They were waiting for the thanksgiving parade to start.I got out my phone and texted all of my friend happy Thanksgiving to all my friends. I sat around with dad and grandpa for awhile. Then the parade was almost ready to start. I went and grabbed Bee, mom, and grandma. We went into the living room and watched the parade. It was fun. Stirling there with the people that matter most in my life. All just sitting around happily watching tv. When it finished mom and grandma went back into the kitchen. Mikey and Alicia were going to come over at two and we were planning on eating at 2:30. I walked into the kitchen. 
                          
"Need any help?" I asked 
                          
"Sure you can set the table" grandma said handing me a stack of napkins. I set one at every spot then grandma showed me what order the silverware went in. I set the rest of the spots with silverware and then got the plates, bowls, and glasses. When I finished I must say it looked pretty amazing. I grinned at my work and the doorbell rang. Grandpa got it and it was his brother. Next came mikey and Alicia. Then a bunch of other relatives. We sat around and talked for a little bit then it was time to eat. We all sat at the table. Bandit sat next to me. She was all dresses up fancy. She had on a brown jumper with a white turtle neck underneath. She had her hair in piggy tails and had two brown bows in them. I grinned at her and helped Her get food. We all ate and the grown ups talked about grown up things. Right before grandma went and got the pies and ice cream mikey stood up. 
                          
"We have an announcement to make." He said looking down at Alicia. "We have thought about it together and we have decided that we are going to adopt a baby." Everyone broke out in cheers. 
                          
"We were having trouble conceiving and we talked about it and decided that we were going to help out a baby in need instead. We have decided that we want a baby not a child. And whenever they find one that they think would work for us we will get it" Alicia said. Everyone congratulated them and we finished dinner. After dinner we played some games and then everyone started leaving. When everyone was gone I went and got in my pjs and got in bed
                          
ALRIGHT SORRY JUST A LITTLE FILLER. BUT YAY A BABY!!!
