He burst out of his car the moment he caught sight of the familiar black car. He immediately started looking around for his friend.
                          
"Emily?" 
                          
He saw no sign of her until he stepped on something and looked down to see her phone on the ground. He picked it up and looked around. She wouldn't have just left her phone on the ground like that. He was sure he had heard a struggle on the other side of the phone when he spoke to her.
                          
She was gone. Or rather, she was taken.

Her eyes fluttered open and she groaned, her eyes adjusting to the lighting in the room. Her hazel eyes flickered around, the room she was in was dirty and smelled weird. 
                          
When she tried to sit up, she realized she strapped to the table she was on. Her mouth was also covered. Her breathing slowly got heavier, starting to panic when on the dread doctors loomed over her.

Her eyes widened when she saw the scalpel in their hand and began lifting up her shirt before cutting an incision. Her jaw clenched at the stinging pain that came from the cut. She could feel herself start to heal.
