"What time does your flight land tomorrow?" My mom asked me, even though we literally had this conversation the other day. "And are you coming alone, or is that handsome boyfriend of yours coming too? You know your brothers and sister want to meet him, especially after your dad and I told him that he was a handsome, rich, white man." I rolled my eyes and shook my head, not wanting to deal with my family at the moment. Even though I missed them like crazy, I just know that some drama was bound to happen, and I wasn't looking forward to it.

"Actually...Christian is letting me use his private jet to get there and back, so I'll be leaving Seattle around twelve, and touching down in California a little after two in the afternoon. As far as Christian goes...I haven't exactly told him that I was flying back home for the twins graduation, but I'll tell him and if he wants to come then I'll let you know."

"Okay, well get on it, and are you going to be able to stay until your dad's surprise party? Devin and Devon are planning a Michael Jackson themed party and they'd like for you to be here to help plan, along with your sisters and Demetrius." I sighed heavily, opening up the planner app that was on my phone, making sure that I didn't have anything big scheduled here. Unfortunately, I had nothing scheduled, so I was going to be home longer than anticipated.

"Yeah, I'll be able to stay and help out." I told her, trying not to sound annoyed by it. Isn't it ironic that I didn't even want to move to Seattle at first, but at the same time...I didn't plan on meeting a great guy, who has completely swept me off of my feet.

"Ahhh, I'm so happy to hear that! Okay, that's a load off of my mind, but I'm going to go ahead and let you go but don't forget to call me and let me know if Christian is coming with you. I'll get the pool house ready, just in case, that way you and your man can have some privacy." She said.

"Yeah...okay mom. I'll talk to you soon. Love you."

"I love you too." We hung up the phone and I took a deep breath, before stepping off of the balcony, and back into Christian's bedroom. After our helicopter date last night, I ended up spending the night with him, not wanting our night to end even though it ended quicker than either of us anticipated. For the first time since we started our relationship, we didn't have sex despite the sexual tension between us, but instead we cuddled on the balcony looking up at the stars;  talking about any and everything. Sure, the night to an unexpected turn when Christian revealed something shocking to me, but at least it helped me understand a few things better. What made it even more special is that I had finally opened up a little about Deron and a few things from my past. Not everything, but a few things.

*~Last Night~*

I curled up in Christian's lap, sipping a glass of red wine, as he wrapped a blanket around us and kissed my cheek. Everything about this night was beyond perfect and my cheeks were starting to hurt from all the smiling I had been doing.

"I can get use to this." He said, tightening his hold around me.

"You could get use to what?" I asked.
