"What?"I said stumbling downstairs.
"There's a letter addressed to both of us from......HMP Stoke Heath?...."he said.
My organs dropped to my ass.
"Open it"I said.
"Why do you sound shady."He said.
"There's one guy we know in young offenders"I said pointing it out.
"Christopher."He said.
"Yeah"I replied.

"He said His case is getting re opened and he wants us there to prove his innocence,And that he's sorry."I said.
"Two faced cunt"Ryan said taking it off me and reading it.
"Yeah..."I said.
"I think we should go."he said.
"Go where?"Halfway said.
"To Christopher Finnegan's case re open in court"Ryan said.
"Who's that?"Halfway replied.
"My ex boyfriend after Noah.....he's in young offenders"I said.
"Are you going?"he said.
"I guess"I replied.
"Can I come with I wanna support you"he said.
"Sure..."I said.
"Cool you can write back"Ryan said.

I ended up just babbling,I was nervous about seeing him after all that time.
                          
Court day (2weeks later)
"We're here"Ryan said pulling up outside the courthouse in Shropshire.
I got out holding Halfways hand.
We walked in.
People were waiting to go inside.
We went in and sat on the stands.
Then Christopher came in,in handcuffs naturally.
"Everybody take a seat"The Judge said.
Christopher Looked round and smiled.
He had scars,bruises,Cuts.
I smiled back.
He looked at Halfway and just looked away.
"So here we are again Mr.Finnegan."The Judge said.
"Here we are"He replies in a deep voice unlike it was before.
"So you believe you should be released?"He said.
"With all due respect in my opinion yes,I've learnt from my mistakes which is why I'm asking for release."He said.
"Tell me Christopher who are the four people up there here for you."The Judge said.
I looked to my left to see who the fourth was.
It was His sister she was my age.
She smiled.
"My sister,with the purple looking hair"he said.
"And?"The Judge said.
"My ex girlfriend,her boyfriend and brother"He said.
"She must care I don't think my ex would come to a court case."he said looking at me.
It clicked who he was.
It was the same judge from the case I had with Noah.
"Miss Edwards are you Okay now?"He said.
"Yeah"I said.
Christopher turned confused.
"Anyway Mr.Finnegan,Did you plead guilty to Armed Robbery and Grand Theft Auto and assault?"The Judge said.
"Yes Your honour."he replied.
"Do you believe you have leaned from those mistakes?"The Judge replies.
"I do"Your honour.
"I would like Mr.Finnegans Sister to come here and give me a good reason why I should let him out."The Judge said.
She went down.
"Your honour I believe my brother has learned,he has changed rapidly over the past two years that I've been visiting"she said.
"Thank you Miss Finnegan"The Judge replies.
"Now Miss Edwards id be intrigued to hear what you have to say"He calls me"believe you should let him out,speaking as a victim of Well you know,I believe by his attitude he deserves to be let out"I said sitting back down.
"Thank you Miss Edwards,Now for the second time Jury,please decide a verdict"The Judge said.
The went off.
"Is that Mr.Reynolds I see there too?"The Judge said.
"Hi Your honour."Halfway said.
"Since we've been here before I think we should be a at first names now,Call me Clive."He said.
"Tyler"Halfway Replied.
"What about you Miss.Edwards?"He said.
"Danielle"I replied.
"Something about you two I like"The Judge lAughed.
"Really?"Halfway  said.
"Yeah you remind me of my kids to be honest except they aren't dating you get my point?"he said.
"Yeah"Halfway laughed.
30 minutes passed.
"They have come to a decision"The Judge said.
"Are we keeping Mr.Finnegan or are we kicking him out of young offenders?"The Judge said.
"We believe that you should......Let Mr.Finnegan Go"They said.
He started celebrating.
I just laughed and Halfway just sat there.
"I know your gonna hate me for asking this but Ellie won't let him stay with her can he come with us?"I said.
"Yeah."Halfway said abruptly walking out.
We got outside they gave him his stuff and we all went back to the Snake den.
"Here's your room"I said.
"Am I causing shit for you two?"Chris said.
"No he's just being a mardarse"I said.
"Oh okay,cause If I am ill go"he said.
"You don't need to just remember I'm with him now yeah?"I said.
                          
"Yo Chris"Ryan shouts.
"What?"He replies.

I panicked hiding the letter as Halfway came down and looked confused.
"Let me see"he said.
"It's for Chris"Ryan said.
"Uh huh but I wanna see"Halfway said snatching the letter.
He read it.
Dropped it to the floor and walked out.
"We need to send one back telling them to fuck off."Chris said.
"Tyler"I said chasing after him.
"I've never heard her call him by his first name"Ryan said.
                          
He was up on the roof.
"You lied Danielle."He said.
"Not intentionally,I was scared Forsythe."I said.
"That I wouldn't understand?"he said turning to me.
"No that you wouldn't want me after my fucked up past,He was my first and last and I regret it,I never regretted you!"I said.
"Why didn't you just tell me?"He said.
"I don't know,I never expected him to even come back."I said.
