The trip to leave the haunted house and start descending to the depths of the studio began. After Boris was returned to normal, the group started to continue their exploration of Joey Drew Studios, now going after the Ink Demon's lair to rescue Bendy. Despite how dangerous it was going to be actually going to the Ink Demon's main domain, the group strangely hadn't run into him, or any Searchers or the Butcher Gang, as they were heading down.

As the group was making their trek down to the depths, they filled in Boris on what he missed since he got taken by Susie, and even introduced him properly to F. Jesse, Maya, Knuckles, and Henry.

"So you're Henry... Joey said some things about you. He said that you abandoned the studio and aren't a good person," said Boris.

"Boris, he's not like that. He's been helping us ever since he became a part of our group. He's nothing like what Joey described him to be," said Alice.

"I know that now, Alice. I just... I just can't believe that Joey lied to us about yet another thing... or... another person in this case..." said Boris. "But... you serious when you say that Joey is technically not our creator, Henry?"

"He didn't create you through your character, design, personality, or concept. The one who did that, they are your true creator," said Henry.

"Well, if Bendy and Alice want to know who our real creator is, then I want to know to," said Boris.

"We'll let Bendy be the judge of this discussion after we save him," said Aiden.

As the group was talking during their trek, Aiden and Knuckles had to help Kate walk. She wasn't weak enough to faint, and now she was able to walk on her own. She didn't look pale anymore, but she was still coughing.

"Easy, Kate," said Knuckles.

"I'm fine, Knux," she told him.

Boris put his left hand over his chest, where his heart was. He was still surprised that Kate was able to use some sort of spell to heal him, and return him to his true form.

The group came up to a darker tunnel. Maya pulled out her torch, and walked forward to light the way.

"You aren't from this world, aren't you?" Henry asked Maya.

"What was your first guess?" Maya told him, smiling nervously.

Henry chuckled and said, "I'm not sure. It could've been making a torch out of objects instead of the normal way, the building bridges with blocks thing, carrying weapons, or this concept you call 'inventory'."

"Well, you got it right, Henry. We aren't from this world. You could say we're from another universe because our home is very, very different," said Aiden.

"Were you summoned here through rituals?" asked Boris.

"No. It's... a complex concept to explain. But we can travel between this world and home at will," said F. Jesse.

"Hey, when we get out of here, we need to show you guys and Bendy to our friends back at our home to," said Lukas.

"Would they really want to meet us?" asked Alice.

"Of course. Our friends in our world, we all get along with Knuckles and Kate and their friends in this world. We're all one big, but weird family," said Lukas.

"Quite a family you guys got," said Henry, chuckling.

The group all couldn't help but share a laugh. The only two who didn't laugh were Boris and Alice, but the two were smiling sadly. They liked the thought of being a part of a family. A real family, and not like the kind that Joey had put them in, or in their case, created for them.
