               Marinette sat at the bench staring at the ground the sound of the footsteps stopped a minute ago. "Mari?  Why are you out here in the cold?" Marinette looked up and saw it was Alya?. Nothing came out of Marinette's mouth the only thing she did was stand up and hug her best friend and cried in her shoulder. Alya rubbed her back in comfort " let's get you to my place, you can stay the night. Okay?" Marinette nodded and walked with Alya to her apartment. 
               After getting to Alya's 4 bedroom apartment where her mother, father, twin little sister and her older sister lived in. They quietly walked in Alya's room and Marinette laid in her bed with no words. Alya walked to Marinette and sat at the end of her bed " Marinette? I'm here for you and i don't want to pressure you to say anything but know I'm here for you, so maybe can you tell me tomorrow?" Marinette nodded and closed her eyes. She felt the bed lift up as Alya lift the room and turn off the light leaving Marinette in a completely dark room. Marinette didn't sleep much that night thinking about tiki and all. 
  Alya P.O.V 
         After leaving Marinette in her room Alya had about a million question like when, why, how and more but mostly what worried Alya the most was what could have happened so bad for Marinette not to even be able to speak to her own best friend but cry on her shoulder and Nod. Alya saw her mother in the kitchen " Alya is everything okay?" Ayla walked over to her mom and told her that she found Marinette outside in complete shock not being able to speak and brought her here to sleep " oh my is she okay?" " I don't know mom, but i do know one thing is she needs to sleep" her mother nodded " okay sweetie, make sure to get some sleep tonight and not to worry okay." Alya nod. Walk into the living room and grab a pillow and sheet thought it on the couch and turn off the light and laid down worried for Marinette. 
      Marinette P.O.V 
             Eventually Slowly waking up in Alya's room and sitting up from her bed. Marinette sat there until Alya walked into the room " good morning, Mari did you sleep okay?" Marinette nodded then Alya sits next to her " Do you want to talk" Marinette stands up and looks at Alya "yeah. . . later tonight I will tell you but right now I have something to get. I'll be back soon. Thank you, Alya" Marinette smiled then walks to Alya door and opens up "no problem, my home is always open to you. Girl" Marinette nodded and walked out of her room and out her family apartment and headed to the bakery. 
           After a 10 minute walk, Marinette reaches to the Bakery it was rush hour. Marinette made her way to the back door unnoticed as her father was helping customers. She ran upstairs quietly "Tiki are you here?!" Marinette yelled in a whispered manner. Tiki flys to her from Marinette bed " where have you been Marinette?!". Marinette explains what happened last night. Tiki hugs her "he really did that to your neck?" Tiki flys to Marinette's neck examining the purple, blue and pink bruised up neck with large hands printed on each side. A tear falls down tiki face " don't cry tiki it will be gone in a week. And we will not be here anymore. I'll even wear a turtleneck to hide it from everyone" tiki nodes. Then Marinette grabs a duffle bag throwing close into it then grabbing her school bag and putting all her homework in it also. Lastly, Marinette climbs on her balcony and grab some drinks from underneath the wood plank she hides them in and slowly put it under her clothes that is in the duffle bag. Marinette walks into her room and puts on a red turtleneck with grey leggings and a black jacket with black shoes brushing her hair out of her pigtails letting it sit on her shoulders. Grabbing her wallet then transfers into ladybug. Jumping carefully on the roof to roof then landing in an ally the sun is setting now, tomorrow she'll need to go to school. 
          Marinette makes her way to Alya's family apartment and knocks onto it. Alya's mom opens it " good evening Marinette Alya is in her room" she smiles to Marinette " thank you" Marinette smiles back then walks to Alya's room. Marinette waves at Alya's little twin sister they wave back. Marinette opens the door slowly " I'm coming in Alya" " okay come in" alya is sitting in her computer chair. Marinette sets down her bags in the corner then sits on Alya's bed " spill it Marinette. What happen?" Marinette expands that she is kicked out of her house for a week and that she needs a place for now because of how her grades are bad and just fighting with her dad. But Marinette doesn't tell how he choked her and threatened to kill her. Alya nodded and hugged her best friend "thank you for telling me that and you are always welcome here and it will be fun having a sleepover for a whole week with you girl" Alya smiles and laughs some. Marinette giggles at what her best friend said to her. " let's eat Marinette then we can sleep". Marinette nodes and they walk out of Alya's room.
