Please don't be that person who steals or 'borrows' someone's work without asking. Even the wolf is asking you not to do that.
Open Novella Contest Info: This is my entry for the Open Novella Contest. My goal here is to write a 20k-40k word story by the end of March based off of the following prompt:
Suspense Fiction # 6: You're a tarot card reader who keeps drawing the same card over and over again. One day you see a man with the card tattooed on him. Write about what happens to you when the man comes to you for a tarot card reading and what happens afterwards.
Update Rates: My update rates for this story will be semi unpredictable, but rest assured that they won't take an eternity since the contest ends in March.
Special thanks to Crimson_Graves.
She was kind enough to design this spiffy looking cover for me and I highly recommend checking out her cover shop. It's called Crimson's Covers and serves a wide variety of genres.
Also special thanks to Wolf6irltheQUEEN.
Wolf inspired me to write a werewolf story with her rant book.
Open Novella Milestones: These are my best approximations of when the required word counts were met because word counters vary and there have been very minor tweaks along the way, these are not precise.
2,000 words - Towards the end of Chapter 1.
8,000 words- Somewhere in the first scene of Chapter 5.
20,000 words - End of Chapter 11 or beginning of Chapter 12.
I'm looking forward to tackling this prompt and showcasing my own take on the classic paranormal and werewolf genres. I hope you all enjoy this romantic supernatural adventure. Votes and comments are always appreciated. I'm writing about werewolves, but I promise that I don't bite. Happy reading.
