Date With Each

                                    

                                          
It has been a week since I graduated high school and turned eighteen. A week since I went to an R5 concert and meet them. A week since my dad died. A lot has happened since then, but I have loved pretty much every part of it.
                          
     I woke up this morning and looked at my phone. I saw I had a couple of voicemails. The first one was about my dad's funeral, which was in a few weeks. I listened to it and it was about the date and how many people would show up. I had to think about that, because a lot of people knew my dad, but I don't know half of the people that he knew. I decided that I was going to call the funeral company tomorrow, so I can think about it. I got up and took a quick shower. 
                          
   While I was in the shower, I realized that I had a date with Ross tonight. I got out and got dressed, and did my hair. I didn't want to put makeup on, because Rydel and Jackie will come over later and help me get dressed
                          
     After I got ready for the day, I walked downstairs. I saw Alex, Luke, and Will already up and eating breakfast.
                          
     "Hey guys, why are you up so early?" I asked my brothers.
                          
     "We don't know we all just woke up and came upstairs." Alex explained to me.
                          
     "Okay, well tonight, I'm going on a date with Ross, so you guys can have a sleepover with Jack, Eli and Matt over here, if you want." I told them. They nodded and kept eating their breakfast. 
                          
     I went back up to my room and decided to write a song. I started writing songs when I was a freshman in high school. I would only write when something just happened in my life or about what is happening in my life. 
                          
     I didn't know how long I was in my room, but I looked at the clock and saw that it was already 3:30. Rydel and Jackie should be here any minute. I looked at what I wrote and realized I finished writing a song.
                          
      I was putting my song book back on the shelf it was on before I took it off, and I heard the doorbell ring. I went downstairs and opened the door. Jackie and Rydel were standing there with bags full of clothes and makeup. I rolled my eyes and let them in. We went upstairs and started figuring out what I should where. I never knew choosing clothes to wear for a date. I never had a boyfriend before, so I didn't know.
                          
      "What about this?" Rydel asked me, holding up ripped jeans and a hello kitty shirt. I shook my head. Then Jackie held up a short dress with red roses on it and matching high heels.
                          
     "Definitely." I exclaimed. It was already 5:40. Ross was going to be here in twenty minutes. I quickly changed and then Rydel and Jackie did my hair and makeup.
                          
     After Rydel and Jackie were done with my hair and makeup, the doorbell rang. I heard one of my brothers open the door. I heard some muffled voices, then Luke opened my door.
                          
     "Ross is here. Wow, Jade, you look amazing." Luke told me.
                          
     "Thanks little dude. Have fun with Alex, Matt, Will, Eli, and Jack." I said and walked downstairs.
                          
     I looked up and saw Ross standing there. He was so handsome in his suit. His expression on his face was WOW!!! I blushed and walked up to him. 
                          
     "Hi." I said.
                          
     "You look beautiful." Ross exclaimed.
                          
     "You look nice too." I looked into his brown eyes.
                          
     "Ready to go?" he asked me. I nodded and we went out to Ross's car.
                          
     He opened the car door and I hopped in. Ross got into the driver's seat and began to drive. Ross and I went to a nice little restaurant. The whole dinner, we talked, laughed, and I had the most amazing time ever. Ross paid for the meal. As we were heading out the car, I thanked him for the dinner.
