Ashton's P.O.V 
I woke up and began to feel a pressure on top of me, i slowly opened my eyes and saw Michael sitting on top of me. 
                          
His tail was slowly wagging behind him as he contently played with a stuffed lion. "Hey Mikey" I whispered. His eyes widened, realizing I was awake. 
                          
He started bouncing up and down and i groaned and moved him up onto my stomach. "Hi A-Ashy, did you sleep good?" "Yes I did sweetheart. When did you wake up?" "I w-woke up when the sun woke up!"  I chuckled softly and checked the time, seeing its 7 in the morning so he wasnt awake for too long. "Merry christmas A-ashy"  "merry christmas, would you like to open presents?" I asked he instantly jumped up and rushed downstairs. 
                          
I slowly got up and put on a shirt and went downstairs as well. I saw Michael sitting on the couch, bouncing up and down from excitement as he saw me walk down the stairs.
                          
Michael and i would celebrate a small Christmas for ourselves before we go back home and celebrate with family so we only give each other one gift 
                          
I handed Michael his present and Michael handed me a present. "You got me a present?" "Y-yeah, i went with L-luke and got a present for you"  he explained, i didnt really like him leaving the house, since he was a hybrid I was scared he'd get picked up off the street. 
                          
I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard paper ripping. I looked over and saw him opening his gift. Inside there was a cat stuffed animal. "Now lion c-can have a friend" he gasped, i smiled and nodded and pulled him into a hug "o-open your present" i nodded and opened my present and saw it was a bracelet that i had been wanting for months, "baby, how did you even afford this, its almost 300 dollars"  I asked absolutely shocked "me and lukey s-saved up the m-money" he explained. I kissed his head and thanked him, seeing his eyes slowly droop "Are you tired?" I asked.
                          
He nodded his head and i placed my bracelet on the table and laid down a little, allowing him to sleep on top of me.
