Tobias' POV

FIve months passed and i still haven't gotten Tris back. I've raised three kids alone for five months and praise anyone who has to do it full time. They found Tris however, which is why i remain positive. She was found at the bureau being tested on and Johanna is doing everything in her power to get her back. However we can't sneak her out due to the fact Matthew would have someone killed. They did somehow manage to get a tablet to her and I so we video-chat every night. She tells us how much we miss her and i try to tell her what's been happening in the kids lives. I also informed her that the factions were being reintroduced and she didn't seem thrilled. We video chatted on our two year anniversary and i recorded Natalie on her fifth birthday for Tris to watch when she gets home.

We also are really nervous due to the fact that Tris is due April 7th and it's April 1st, she's terrified that the baby will come and be tested on. "Tobias, i need you" she cried. I was lying on my bed talking to her through the screen. I nodded and sighed. "I need you too." She kisses the screen and tells me she loves me then signs off. I hold the tablet close to my chest and try to take in her voice. "Daddy?" Natalie says groggily standing in my door way. "Yes princess?" "I can't sleep." i sigh and move out of the center of the bed. "Come on then" i say patting Tris' side of the bed. She curls up against my side with her blanket wrapped around her. "Daddy?" "Yes?" "Will my new brother be hurt like i was?" I sigh. After a short silence i finally say "I won't let that happen." she nods and curls back up against my side. "What's that noise?" she says sitting up. "That's mommy calling" I say. The tablet's video chat program was ringing and displaying a picture of Tris. "Answer it daddy!" Natalie squeals. "Hey?" i say staring at Tris. She looks as though she's breathing heavily. "I'm leaving." she smiles. "REALLY?" Natalie practically screams in my ear. "Natalie what are you still doing awake?" Tris scolds looking between me and Natalie. We both look at each other and i make a funny face to lighten the mood. "Couldn't sleep" she replied fiddling with her blanket. "Anyway. I'm leaving. They finally got Peter and Mathew locked up and Amar is taking me to come see you. I won't be leaving until tomorrow morning because it's late. But Tobias... I'm coming home!" she says with relief. I smile at put my arm around Natalie. "Get to bed you two. I just needed to tell you!" She blows a kiss and logs off. "Mommy is really coming home?" she looks at me with worried eyes. "It looks like it" i smile. "Now get to bed. The faster you get to sleep the faster you see mommy" I kiss the top of her head and let her cuddle against my side.

I wake up with the twins and bring them down for breakfast. They know are successfully using silverware and not fumbling and flicking things around the room. "Mommy is coming home." i say to Mason as i give him his food. Kayla claps her hands together. "Mommy!" "Yes mommy!" I hear the tablet ringing again and prop it up against the chair to show the twins. "MOMMY!" They both scream as Tris' picture popped up on the screen. For a brief moment she looked sad but as she saw the twins her face lightened up. "Tobias i'm leaving but you need to know something." she pauses and holds on to a chair. "Tris. What's wrong?" i say picking the screen up and walking to the counter where the bacon sat. "I've been having contractions for a few hours now." she says through pants. "How long is a few hours?" "three" "Tris you've been in labor for three hours? Is Amar there?" She nods and hands her tablet to Amar. "Hey man long time no see." I smile at the sight of my former instructor. "Amar listen. Please get her here. I'll meet you by the fence and take Tris to the hospital..." "NO" Tris screams from her chair. "Ok. I'll take her home. But i'll take her and be with her that's what i'm saying." Amar nods and logs off. I run and wake Natalie up all the while calling Uriah. "Hey man. Tris is coming home and having the baby can you please watch the kids?" "Uh. Of course." "I'm already on my way."
