To the sinking ship of my vanquished heart
From where i could have seen the stars
But all i saw was the broken sky just like my broken heartI could see the rain falling
I could feel the droplets crawling
I could hear the sky cry
I could discern the wail of the cloudsLoud, boisterous, impassive, mysterious. Just like you.
You.
That's all I could think of
The once admired nature, the once loved rain droplets, the once remembered stars were now forgotten, all of them.I forgot how to live
How to smile
How to be happy
How to loveI forgot.
So i set the sail down
And looked upon the vast ocean
Feeling lost
And tired and helplessYou ruined me
Every fibre of mine
That i cannot call mine nowI am here looking upon the vast sea
Trying to find solace, peace and happiness
I'm here to find myself again
To rebuild myselfBut so far
I've been drowning
Not sure in the sea or your ocean blue eyes.
