Hunger wakes Perrie from her sleep, she groaned. 'Why am I hungry?', she thought for a moment 'oh I didn't have dinner last night'. Perrie opened her eyes and saw two arms holding her securely. Perrie smiled because she knew it was Jade's hand. Perrie turned her body around until now she is face to face with Jade. Perrie looked at Jade's face who was sleeping soundly.
Perrie's pov
I saw Jade frowning in her sleep. Then not long after she began turning in her sleep.
"Perrie ... Pez come back please I'm sorry ...", Jade said in her sleep.
I smiled at Jade's words, 'she deeply regretted her actions, did she really care? We don't know yet but I have to wake her up because she must be having a nightmare, 'I thought.
"Jade, wake up Jade", I tried to wake her up by shaking her body.
After a while she finally opened her eyes. She looked at me, then smiled.
"Morning, Pez, I am sorry, did I wake you up?", she looked guilty.
I shooked my head, "I already woke up".
Jade looked at me intently making me blushed and then she chuckled, "Oh, so you watched me sleep huh? That's creepy you know". I muttered a "sorry" to her but she just smiled.
I laid my head on her chest and we stayed like that for awhile. Not long after, I felt like I was going to throw up then I let go from Jade's arms and ran towards the bathroom. In the bathroom, I puked a little food into the toilet. 'I didn't even eat last night but I still puked, stupid morning sickness', I thought. After I felt I didn't want to puke anymore, I flushed the toilet and stood up.
When I turned around, I saw Jade standing with a worry face looking at me.
"Are you okay, Pez?", she asked. I nodded and smiled. Then I accidentally looked at the bulge in her short and I blushed deep red.
She looked at me then asked, "What?" I just pointed towards her short. She looked in the direction I was pointing at and she tried to cover it.
Jade's pov
"S.hit what the heck!", I muttered to myself. I tried to cover it and Perrie just blushed deep red.
"Perrie if you don't mind, I need to use the toilet now uh ...", I tried to tell her, she nodded and got out of the bathroom. I entered the bathroom and locked the door. I fixed it with Perrie on my mind then I decided to showered.
When finished, I went out and ran to my room. I changed my clothes and put dirty clothes on the basket. When I left the room, I smelled the pancake and smiled, 'Perrie must be cooking in the kitchen,' I thought. I walked into the kitchen and saw Perrie putting pancakes on a plate.
"I hope you don't mind ..." she tried to explain but I cut her, "no it's perfectly fine and I hope you make one for me too", I smiled at her then sat in a chair. She then placed a plate with 2 pancakes in front of me. I thanked her then we ate.
After eating, we sat on the couch quietly until she said, "Jade do you want to listen to my story now?", Then I turned towards her.
Perrie's pov
I saw Jade turn to me, "if you want to, but if you not ready yet, I can wait" she said to me softly.
I shooked my head, "I want to tell you". And she just nodded.
I took my breath then began to tell the story, "I had a relationship with this guy. I really loved him and I thought he also loved me. My parents did not agree with our relationship. Until finally we decided to run away. At first everything was fine until one night I saw him kissing another woman in te alley when I got home from the grocery store. When I snapped at him for cheating, he scolded me and said that I was just a trouble for him. I know he is the only one who works to support our lives, but that's because he forbids me to work and I know the reason so he could had affairs with another woman. Since that night, he had completely changed. He had rarely returned home and one night he came home drunk and he ... ", I paused. "He raped me Jade", I choked then look at her face. She looked angry and sad. She takes my hand and holds it gently. Then I continue my story.
"After he found out that I'm pregnant, he just kicked me out of our flat and that's why I ended up on street in front of the pizza shop," after I finished my story I cried so hard and Jade just hugged me and tried to calm me down.
After I calmed down, she asked me, "why don't you try to go home babe and meet your parents?".
I shooked my head, "I can't, my mother passed away last year and my cousin told me that since my mother died, my father got drunk often. I'm sure he hates me, even I didn't come to my mother's funeral. I really want to go home, but I know I can't because I have to protect this baby, I'm afraid he'll hurt us", I explained and she hugged me tighter.
"I am sorry my love, you are with me now, I am not perfect but I will try my best to protect both of you", she said. I cried hearing her words and she kept trying to calm me by rubbing my back.
I looked at her then asked, "You're not angry and feel disgusted of me because I'm raped and pregnant now?".
She shook her head and crashed her lips onto mine. I kissed back then we kissed slowly for awhile. After we pulled away, she just put her hand on my cheek and smiled.
Then she said, "I care about you, Perrie and I meant it, I know you are not ready yet to trust someone completely because of your past but I'll try my best. I like you Perrie, like a lot ", she said to me and I teared up again.
"Thank you Jade, thank you so much", I choked. We hugged again for awhile.
"Hey how about we go out to buy some stuff for you and to freshen up our minds, I don't want you to be sad all day. How about we go to the mall? We can have lunch there afterwards. What do you think?", she asked me. I nodded and smiled at her and saw her smiled back. I know from her face she hopes I say yes and I don't want to make her sad by rejecting her invitation. We got ready and then went to the mall by a taxi.
Arriving at the mall, Jade and I walk from one shop to another and I repeatedly refused her offer to buy some clothes and stuff but she insisted. Finally after about 3 hours walking around and a bunch of bags in hands, we decided to have lunch at Nandos, besides I'm exhausted and starving. Then Jade told me to wait while she went to order food. I walked to a seat near the window. Next to my seat was a pair of lovers making out. I am not a big fan of PDA so I tried to look anywhere else but them. Until finally they stopped and the man looked at me make my eyes grew wide.
