Out of all of the places in New York City that Rebecca could've gone off to, Donatello didn't even expect a bar to be one of them.
There was loud karaoke music blasting all around, bright lights, and even just a stage to perform singing, skits or pole dancing. Why in the world would Rebecca want to come here?
The only way to find this out was to sneak inside. But how can he possibly do it, without the possible risk of being seen by the other humans inside?
He then took quick notice of a young man of his rough late 20'searly30's, walking by the bar. He was closely Donatello's own height and build, & wearing a giant coat & hat accompanied by dark shades. This gave Donnie an idea;
Sneaking down towards the alleyway near the man, Donatello had him cornered before swiftly and silently covering his nose and mouth with his hand.
It then didn't take long for the man's struggling to stop and his eyes to slowly close, as Donnie let go of him and watched him start to sit and slouch as if he were asleep.
From there, Donatello hurriedly went to dress in the man's coat, hat, and shades. Buttoning up the trench coat garment so that it had his neck from view, Hamato Donatello tucked his hands into the pockets and headed into the bar to look for Rebecca O'Brien.
A small bell seemed to jingle just above Donnie's head, as he opened and went through the bar door. Or, did it really? There was so much going on right here and now, that neither he or anyone could've been able to tell clearly.
As he came to find a table to sit at, a few tables from the stage, Donnie looked at all of the faces to try to find Becca. No such luck.
'And yet again, why a bar?' he thought to himself since he didn't figure her to be the drinking or clubbing type of girl. Or could she be here, to try to find Elliot Reid?
As he thought, a busboy with red hair, grey eyes and a name tag that read 'ALLEN', came up to Donnie and asked him, "Excuse me, sir, can I get you anything?" in an Austrailian accent.
Donnie shook his head at Allen, "Oh, no, sorry. I'm just trying to look for my colleague, Rebecca O'Brien."
He then went on to describe her physical appearance to him, which only made Allen take his turn to shake his head, "Hmm, sorry mate. Haven't seen her yet, but I'll definitely give you a heads-up when I do see her."
Donnie smiles a bit hopefully at this, "Thank you, Allen. And you know what, since I'm already here could I just have a glass of water and some quesadillas?" he then requested, also realizing how actually parched and famished he was.
Allen smiled and nodded in reply, "Sure thing, mate."
"Donnie." Don quickly added.
Allen nodded again and quickly took off towards the kitchen.
Once he left his sight, Donnie sneakily grabbed his wallet from his belt pocket and then activated his humanizing paracord.
From there, he kept on scoping around for Rebecca.
As he did so, a young woman a few tables away from him got up from her chair & made her way towards the stage, where it looked like karaoke night here tonight.
She approached a man who seemed to be in charge of the karaoke itself.
Even amongst the 'white noise' of the bar, Donatello was able to overhear the man say with slight alcoholic breath, "Ay say, what'll it be then, love?"
The woman then whispered into the man's ear, making it too difficult to eavesdrop off of. The man then nodded with a pedo-type of a toothy grin, while she marched up onto the stage.
