Cersei had you before she got married, therefore, you were a bastard. Even though, she was a great mom until she married the King, and he treated you like his own daughter, you were still a bastard in both their eyes.
And since you helped Sansa escape, she took you with her and you both formed an incredible bond that went beyond friendship. You quickly fell in love with her and when you arrived at Castle Black, you kissed her before her brother took her away.
