but then stopped hearing a growl. he looked around nervously and saw a big German shepherd standing by the couch growling in warning.

*She didn't say anything about a dog!!!" Yugi exclaimed as he stared at the dog with wide eyes.
*That's probably why she said to knock first* The Pharaoh says staring at the dog.
"I thought it was cause someone else lived here!" Yugi squeaked
*Well clearly. A dog...German Shepard by the looks of it" The Pharaoh replied
The dog watched him but didn't move from its spot by the couch.
"Hey there. Nice doggy." Yugi said nervously and held out his hand carefully.
The dog still didn't move to even acknowledge the hand. The dog's eyes were trained on him but not once did the dog move.
*If it was going to attack us wouldn't it have done so already?* the Pharaoh asked looking a little hopeful....maybe it wasn't going to attack...maybe it would just sit there.
"That all depends on how it was trained." Yugi replied. "That's rich Pharaoh seeing as you are a spirit." he added when he realized what he had said.
"Why do I have a feeling she forgot to tell us on purpose?" the Pharaoh deadpanned with a scowl.
"That's cruel!" Yugi replied sidestepping away from the dog. both he and the dog watched each other carefully.

The door to the house came open and Bella walked through the door with a yawn caring a bag in her hands. she walked passed Yugi who was sitting in a chair that he finally convinced himself to sit in. Bella dropped the bag onto the coffee table and dropped down to her knees in front of the dog. "Hi Sam! How's my baby doing? Are you hungry where's Zorro?" she asked running her hand through the dog's fur.
Sam, the German Sheppard, gave a whine and licked her in greeting his tail wagging happy to see her.
Bella stood up. "kommen Sam," she said walking towards the kitchen. Sam followed her into the kitchen immediately. Bella opened the pantry where Sam's food was. she raised an eyebrow seeing Zorro, her Fox cub, lying curled up in the pantry in the tub of food.

"Zorro, you little sneak!" she grumbled picking up the fox cub out of the food and pouring Sam some food. Leaving Sam to eat she walked back into the living room where Yugi was now looking relaxed.
"You look like you saw a ghost." Bella commented as she looked him over with an amused look on her face.
"You didn't tell me you had a dog," Yugi said with an accusatory tone in his voice.
"Slipped my mind," Bella shrugged casually. "He won't do anything unless I tell him...or if someone breaks in. You had a key and a certain scent." Bella explained looking through the mail.
"Is that why you sprayed me with that AXE stuff?" Yugi asked.
"Mhmm. Foods in the bag, have at it," Bella said tossing the mail into the garbage.
"How was work?" Yugi asked trying to make a conversation while he looked in the bag which contained the food.
"Same" Bella replied falling over onto the couch with a yawn. "Psychotic maniacs everywhere in the world," she said.
Yugi looked at her puzzled.
Bella sighed and sat up. "Here," she said annoyed as she and Christine changed places.
