So like... finals is THIS Sunday . Well not finals just midterms.. idk what it is in English smh
I know my updates aren't the fastest, but they're gonna be slower due to the fact that I have no time to proof-read.
                          
Most of the story is already written down and I'm kinda starting on "Philophobia" the second book in the series, but again I need to proof-read and fix a few things. Sorry!
                          
But, don't worry in two weeks my updates will hopefully find a regular schedule. Preferably a chapter each 3-5 days or so.

                          
[THIRD POV]
"Talon is messing shit up again" Winston groaned to Athena, who took pride in warning him to refrain from using that language with the kids around 
                          
As in D.Va and Lucio.
There was a small clip. They were obviously looking for something. There was a shadow-y figure barking orders and two girls 
                          
One had electric wires connected to her skull and the other was walking around in heels and barely anything to wear in this cold weather 
                          
"Damn it! Not this chick again!" Lena whined in her high pitched voice "Who?" Genji asked
"That's her. From the Mondatta thing. From the museum, too!"
                          
"She's just bad news.." Lena mumbled 
"That's reaper" Jack whispered to Angela and she nodded, already knowing that
But, that supplied Genji with more info
                          
So that was reaper. He'd already seen the infamous hacker of Talon, Sombra and The French sniper WidowMaker 
                          
This group had an issue with edgy names
Genji sniggered to himself at his small remark but no one noticed as they were too busy gathering info and deciding who was going

Mercy volunteered as healer and 76 as squadron leader. I wanted to go, too, but they only needed three fighters and a healer
                          
That'd be 76, Tracer, D.Va and Mercy.
Surprisingly they let D.Va go with them. She was doing amazing in her training and needed field experience. Besides that she already had a grip. Her and Lucio were fighters before joining 
                          
Tracer has some beef with the French one and wants to go. And Winston is biased enough to say yes. 76 is 76 and a lot already know he's Jack of course they'd say yes even though he abandoned us. Okay.. maybe just Gabe and Angie
                          
Everyone left
He was no exception 
Besides I heard what he told Angela 
Gabriel told him to leave. I had no right saying he left us behind I don't know the full truth
                          
Angela obviously wanted to get her hands on reaper. Know what was happening.
Curiosity killed the cat, but she has Jack to keep her safe. Besides she's a team healer.
I shouldn't be worried.
                          
But, I still was.
More about my brother than Angela.
He should be here by now.. maybe he really wasn't coming.. maybe he really hated me that much
That hurt more than I thought it would
                          
"Be safe" I mumbled to Angela 
She gave a nod and a smile "Yeah.. take care"
I turned away and left, headed towards my room

"Genji doesn't seem to be doing great" I said, more to myself than anything really 
I didn't miss the hopeful look in McCree's eyes
                          
"Let's just.. get ready" I mumbled, not wanting to see that outcome of that
"So what're we supposed to do?" D.Va chirped in
                          
"Gather info and stop them from whatever they're trying to achieve" Winston replied 
"They're most likely gathering information" 76 said, running his hand through his blonde-white hair
                          
"Let's get moving" I urged going to grab some of my equipment "Why the rush?" Jack asked as we walked down the hallway to the medical bay 
                          
"Reasons.." I replied. He just glanced at me and turned to the hallway again 
"Remember who the enemy is out there.. it's not those who lie. It's those who kill. That's what Gabe always told me" jack said after a bit 
                          
"What is that supposed to mean? Did he lie to you?" I asked, stopping at the white double doors
"Well.. he hid plenty, but I don't remember him lying" jack replied, pulling his visor off
                          
"Well, we might discover what he meant today. Are you ready?" I asked and he nodded entering the medical wing before I did
                          
"I just need to ask him a few questions that's all" jack stated making me scoff 
"Him? That thing is a it"
He chuckled and shook his head
                          
"For all I care, it could be whatever! I just need to know why they took Gabe's body"
"What if they didn't.." I whispered 
"What do you mean? Of course they did. Who else would? The body didn't just walk out!"
                          
"Okay! Calm down! I'm just thinking of possibilities"
"Well enlighten me then because I can't think of any" he said before he walked out of the room 
                          
I sighed and shook my head before starting to fill out the duffle bag I was given 
"Let's just get this thing over with"
