I don't usually dedicate a whole chapter to an authors note but, why do bad things always start at the end of the year? Me being me (I'm currently in the USA so it's Veterans day 2018. Thank you for your service) I was just relaxing watching Deltarune and binge reading. I don't know what came over me to stop reading and check my notifications but I did. We have lost a comic book legend today. I still am trying to figure out what happened as it occurred not too long ago but Stan Lee has died. Without him we would not have these characters we obsess over every day. My brain is just confused as I was in autopilot mode for the day. At the end of 2016 we lost Carrie Fisher I honestly did not know how to feel about that. Stan Lee wasn't the youngest fish in the sea, he just reminds me of both or my grandfathers put together and I don't know how I would feel without them. From since it came out I always go back to the line in neon gravestones "Find your grandparents of someone of age pay some respects for the path that they made, to life, they were dedicated and that should be celebrated.". Yes, we should morn but it should not stop us from celebrated all the time we had with Stan or someone else.
