North's POV
I'm so fucking pissed that I'm just seeing red and probably shouldn't really be driving. But we need to get to Nate's asap that what the text. Volto I fucking hate that name. More importantly how the hell did he escape, I wish was told more than 'Volto's out' I mean that doesn't tell us much. I know im being rash and I will find out more soon, but I want to no now.
"Calm down brother, we want to make it in one piece. Well I no I want too." Silas says to me. I slow down but not much and grunt out "just want to get to Nate's" to which Silas nods.
The rest of the drive we both silent both lost in our own head, I no I'm wondering what this means for our team. We're one of the first to get to Nate's as I guessed no else probably drove like me. I jump out and near enough run to the door pushing it open Silas on my heels and shout "Nate". A voice come from the back of the house replies "kitchen" and we head that way.
We greet each other, i grab a bottle of water then we wait in the living room for our brother's. Nate and Si sit down but I just pace up and down, up and down. "would you stop that shit North your making me want to start, sit down and calm down" Nate tells me
What the fuck. "Calm down, calm the fuck down. Did you even get the same text as me. The man who it took us years to catch has escaped, how can I calm down when I don't no shit." I shout at Nate.
He shakes his head and answers "there no point in talking to you when your like this" and he gets up and walks back to his kitchen. Si shakes his head and says to me "he has a point brother. You need to calm down or when Mr.B does tell us about what happened, he won't get more than few words in before you exploded every time."
I shake my head, his right. God damn it now I have to apologise to Nate.
Silas's POV
I watch North head into the kitchen after Nate hopefully to actually apologise and not make things worse. we all no he means well but were all just as worried and on edge, we know the things Volto can do. After a couple of minutes Nate and North are back and they both sit down this time. North rubs his hands over his face and Nate just keeps shaking his head.
Finally he say "I cant believe this. I just cant wrap my head around the fact that Volto has escaped and we got to start this game of cat and mouse again". Before any of us can answer, a car pulling up can be heard and then Luke and Gabe are walking through he door. Gabe and all his colourful language.
"I cannot deal with this shit. For fuck sake why, why can we just enjoy our fucking break. People are so fucking disrespectful. Where the fuck is everyone else the text asap didn't it." he sit down next to Nate and his hands go into his hair and he starts to pull at it. Luke sit down next him takes Gabe's hands from his hair and pulls them down into his lap.
Luke speaks softly to Gabe so he doesn't go into a rant again. "Hey man its ok we're going to sit down as a family and do what we do best. fix the problem".
I'm sure my eyes winded just a much as everyone else. Then Nate laugh and say's "when did you get so wise".
Nate's POV
Luke just shrugs his shoulders at me, a small smile on his face. "guess I've grown up a bit" is all he says. Were all quite for bit before I says "so I guess this means more family meetings. thought we had just stopped those"
This gets few chuckles as the front door opens and in comes Mr.B with Kota and Vic who looks really pissed off which is odd its self as Vic is a pretty chilled person. "Woah Victor you ok" I ask him. But Mr.B has already put his hand up stop any one from talking and is saying, "it will all be explain gentleman".
