I wake up but hear Jason on the phone so i pretend to go to sleep
"Ok Alice I'll see you tonight at 7PM I'll send you the address. Bye....love you too...." i went blank. I feel some tears in my eyes

I'm so stupid in believing that he felt something for me? But when did I feel something for him? I groan and roll around the bed.
I get up and see walk out the bathroom he just looked at me for a quick second before looking away. I pushed past him and went to go change.

I walk out and hear Jason say
"I'll be gone for most of the night." I just nod and grab my phone and my purse and walk out
"ARI" I hear Jason yell so I just turn around and shoot him a glare and keep on walking. Until I bump into someone and fall. I hear a familiar voice
"Sorry.Ari is that you?" I look up and see my Ex-Boyfriend, Max I smile at him. He helps me up
"How are you Max."
"I'm good so what are you doing here in Bora Bora?" I was about to respond when a arm wraps around my waist. Max raises an eyebrow. Jason cold voice says
"Were are on our Honeymoon." Max eyes widen and then chuckles.
" I thought we were still in love" Max teases I roll my eyes as I remember when we broke up I got jealous because he was hanging out with a girl you know what more like a SLUT so I slapped her. I laugh as I remember. Jason jaw clenches in anger.
"Oh Maxie that was a long time ago." I say using his nickname. When all of a sudden 2 guys who I remember as his friends look at me and smile and yell my name.
"HEY ARI" I smile and wave back at them
"Bye Ari it was nice seeing you again." Max says and he hugs me I hug back and he leaves. I smile there was silence. Jason breaks the silence
"Who was that?"
"Max. We dated in high school." Jason just nods and holds my hand but I pull away. He gives me a confused look before walking in front of me leaving me behind I just head to Max. He looks at me and smiles
"Can I hang out with you guys? My husband is being a dick."
"Sure. We're going jet skiing." He says chucking in nod and I spend the rest of my day with max and his friends just like the good old time.
it's already 6:54PM I smile and say my goodbyes and head back to the house.
"WHERE WERE YOU" Jason yells I roll my eyes and walk past him still in my swimsuit
"I was with max." His jaw clenches. He was wearing a black tux. He checks the time and mumbles that he's late. He doesn't say anything and runs out.
"Wow so he can hang out with his slut but I can't hang out with friends?" I groan and hear a knock on the door I open the door and see Max with a black tux
"Wanna go eat?"
"Sure let me just get ready"

"Ready" I nod and he holds my hand. As we were walking to the restaurant I see Jason and Alice laughing while getting Cotten candy max looks at me
"Aren't you two married?"
"Yes but it's arranged. So I can go out with you if we ever chose too" I see that Jason has noticed us his eyes show jealousy and anger. I look at Alice she is wearing a tight blue dress with gold heels. Jason walks up to me with Alice next to him. I just chose to ignore him and talk to Max in Spanish. Max is from Cuba I always liked listening to him and his Cuban accent when he speaks Spanish.
"Max Entonces, ¿por qué estás aquí en Bora Bora?"
" Mi papá estaba feliz con el éxito de la compañía, así que me dio una semana de descanso." Max says smiling that his dad gave him a week off for the improvement of there company. Jason just looks at us
"You don't know how much I misses your Cuban accent." I say and chuckle. He smiles
"I'm starting to regret breaking up with you" Max says I laugh and pat his back.
"We still got time" I say softly and lay my head on his arm since he was taller than me as we wait to get a table. Jason's eyes never left us but I never gave him the pleasure of me looking at him. Me and Max were talking about how what we were doing with our companies. We finished up and I see Alice and Jason saying there goodbyes and Alice walks the opposite direction of where me and Jason were staying. I see Jason waiting for me but as soon as we get out the restaurant. I stay with max and Jason just follows behind we stop at maxes place
"I'll walk you to your place"
"It's fine max I'll be with Jason" Max nods and I get on my tippy toes and kiss his cheek.
"Bye Ari" Max walks inside and I start to head home with Jason but it's was silence. We walk on the bridge heading to our place.
"Just friends?" Jason says in anger
"Yes"
"Doesn't seem like it"
"Jason you have Alice. We don't love each other this is just a business deal"
"Does this marriage mean nothing to you Ariana?" I nod he lets out a deep dark sad chuckle he just walks past me. I feel sorry that I said this was just a business deal when he's being actually some what nice
I enter the place and see Jason outside on the deck in his shorts and nothing else. I take off my heels and put on my slippers and walk out and touch his shoulders he tenses up and I lean in and whisper in his ear
"I'm sorry" he looks at me and pulls me next tp him and i lay my head on his shoulder.
