A southward breeze chilled my house to the bone, no one in sight for mile, dirt roads stretching far into the horizon and the reddening sky almost upon us. Images flickered in the clouds, our supposed future in the sky, with only regards to the persons future. No one can see another's future, they probably that put up privacy policies. Just as we left for the town meeting, I saw something in the corner of my eye but I tried to focus on it but it was gone, it looked like a woman with a some sort of red clothing.

When we got to the town hall, I could have sworn I saw her again, several times. Like she was a ghost, she is just there but not there at the same time. Thunder boomed over head, a sound that was like bricks falling to the ground caused screams and casualties. "You can't let the sound get to your head or you too will die" remarked the town council manager. We couldn't get home not with the first strike so close. We would be all gone in a flash, if we left (Pun definitely intended), the only hope we have, is to wait inside and  hope for the best until the storm passes.

Some of us risked the journey out but weren't seen again. The storms only got worse from there, I'm Zoe Axel and I got a quest from the clouds.
