So, on here I've seen a lot of simplistic covers where the image is very dark, and they have small white text. I love this style of cover; it's simplistic and pleasing to look at.
I've tried multiple ways to recreate the effect; such as lowering the brightness (didn't work) and doing so much more.
Finally, I found a way.
Take your sized image, and enter Picsart.
Click "draw" and make sure you have an extra layer above the original image so you can adjust it.

Lower the opacity!
