"She needs a doctor," EZ said firmly to Angel.
Angel scoffed, "We got a doc."
"She needs a hospital," EZ corrected himself. "Not some doctor in an exam room."
"It's too dangerous," Angel challenged his little brother. "She's not here legally and a bullet wound means cops."
"I'd pick cops over losing the woman I love," he said somberly. "You're not thinking clearly, you can't with her. This ain't the US, we know it just takes some cash."
"He's right," Coco interrupted. "Doc said he can't help her here."
Angel's chin trembled and he looked away from the others to hide his emotions as he debated the decision. "Fine," he huffed.
"We'll take care of the kid," EZ said. They all glanced back at Charlotte as she stood anxiously a few feet away from their tense discussion.
"No," she said quickly. "I don't want to stay here."
"You wanna get something to eat?" Coco offered. "Huh? No more camp food."
"I want to go with my mom," she whimpered. "And Angel."
Angel smiled at her sadly and nodded. "I won't take my eyes off you, Charlie." He offered her his hand.
The doctor stepped out of the exam room to explain he had stopped the bleeding as best he could and called an ambulance for Katie. He offered to patch Angel once Katie was taken away but he wasn't sure if he wanted her to go alone.
"If you're worried about cops you're only gonna make it worse," EZ reminded him. "Get cleaned up, I'll go with her," he said, pulling his cut off. "I can pass for an upstanding citizen better than you."
Angel nodded and whispered something to EZ before taking Charlotte in to say goodbye to her mother. It was brutal and bloody but she'd already seen it.
"I'm here, mi dulce," Angel whispered into Katie's hair. "I love you. Don't leave."
The paramedics rushed in, taking cash from the doctor to pay for their silence. "Name?"
"Marisol Reyes," Angel said quickly, using his mother's name. "She got robbed."
No one was expected to believe that information but the paramedics nodded and would pass it along to the hospital staff as truth.
EZ looked at his brother and promised, "I'll watch her."

Bishop and Hank came out to see a bloody mercenary in the clubhouse with Jax, Happy and Opie surrounding him.
"What the fuck is this?" Bishop asked angrily.
Jax looked up and hurried away from the group to talk to Bishop quietly. "He was attacked at some orphan kid camp. He went out there to get my kid but found a goddamn shootout instead."
"Fuck," Bishop hissed. He turned back and told Hank in a whisper to try contacting Angel for some more details. "Lucky he didn't die out there."
"He didn't but his guys did," Jax growled.
"Was your girl there?"
Jax shook his head. "He didn't see her."
"I think you boys should head home," Bishop advised. "Half dead mercenaries, missing kids and shootouts bring a lot of heat we can't handle right now."
"She's down here," Jax growled. "I'm not leaving without Charlotte."
"You can stay in Santo Padre" Bishop explained, "But you and your guys need to get out of my clubhouse. Now."
