Jackson

My body felt the effects of my broken sleep and my cold, my nose hurting when I breathed. I felt like shit and tried my best to hide it, swallowing my winces as my head spun whenever I sat up.

I hid it from my manager too, knowing that he would stop me. My cold was gone now but it left my body aching and shivery.

I had learned from my previous experience and shoved food into my mouth whenever I could before sleeping.

My meals had broken down into small bites of food here and there throughout the day, only having a proper meal on my way to the first schedule from Jinyoung.

I smiled at the 도시락 he packed for me every morning without fail, despite my nagging at him to get more rest.
A/N: packed food - ha. I finally found out.

~

"Don't forget your breakfast darling" he called, holding out a bag to me.

"You didn't have to babe" I smiled, taking it from him anyway.

"But I wanted to. Be safe" he called, waving at me as I slipped on my shoes.

"Get more rest. See you tonight" I smiled, pressing a kiss to his cheek and one to his bump before leaving.

His bump had swelled over the past months, his feet becoming swollen whenever he stood for too long.

I loved the view of him barefooted in the doorway, his hair still mussed up from sleep while he held out my 도시락 and waved at me. It just really knocked to my heart and brain that he is mine, my husband.
A/N: same as above (meow)

~

"Sorry hyung. Jinyoung made this so I'm not sharing" I smiled smugly, gobbling it up every morning in the van.

My manager laughed, waving me off each time saying that he had eaten.

Our conversations slowly dwindled, the schedule taking a toll on my manager as well, with him napping whenever I was filming.

He ended up swapping with Jinyoung's manager every alternate day, the two of them bringing me around.

I kept thanking them, feeling horrible that they had to go through this because of us, because of me.

My head pounded after a few weeks of my hectic schedule, the similar signs of exhaustion showing itself to me again.

I went to the doctor with my manager at the end of my day, pretending that my cold was back. I went into the consultation room alone, bowing a greeting at the doctor.

The doctor warned me that my headaches were just my body telling me that I needed more rest and that I should be resting more.

I nodded at him, understanding where he was coming from but I couldn't rest now, not when Jinyoung and I have so much left to do.

I managed to convince the doctor to prescribe me some painkillers, promising to take it only if it becomes too much.

It somehow became an assurance, the pills in my bag despite me not taking them. I continued my schedules as per normal, our managers eyeing me for any signs each day.

I felt horrible, knowing that our managers were suffering because of us. The hectic schedule take a toll on them as well. I had to be strong for all of us.

I continued my cycle of random meals of whatever was available and sleeping whenever I could, somehow making it through each day.

"수고했어" Jinyoung said, giving me a small smile each night I returned.
A/N: You've done well/well done (I think you all should know this by now 😂)
