" Cayde wait up!" I heard behind me, it was Taya, she's a new hunter here at the tower and has been a real good friend with everything that happened last month, I turned around and smiled as she huffed out a breath of air, it was winter and it was bloody cold! She shivered her blue eyes glowing excitedly! " so off to see Trent?" She asked rubbing her arms trying to warm up, I smiled. I'd been to see Trent once after what I learnt and he hadn't said anything back to me when I brought up his daughter, hopefully this time will be different. " yeah, I'm hoping this time he'll be less moody!" I joked and she laughed, her ghost with its bright cyan shel appeared next to her. " Taya we've got to go, Lord Shaxx requires our assistance." Her ghost said with a buzz and she sighed, " well duty calls! The crucible's not gonna win itself!" She waved goodbye and started trekkingto find Lord Shaxx, I entered the prison and sat down at a desk, Trent sat at the other end. His face was cold and sorrowful. " Trent... I want to help u... I want to get u out of here and help u get over ur little girl..." I said pleading him to talk back, he lifted his eye to me, " Her name was Camila... and she was the most gorgeous and wonderful daughter a guy could ask for- and then... then..." He went quiet again, my stomach did a flip and I immediately thought of Ace, how his smile used to brighten up the worst days, how his laugh would fill me with pride and then I remembered when that was all taken away from me... I sighed and reached into my pocket, it was a small little photo, I recognized Camila from back in the temple, her face was on a magazine for her talent of dancing... I read it twice.. she was four when she died... her mother had gone missing after she gave birth to her and Trent, had a small house in London... it was tiny and they barely made ends meet with money... I had cut the picture of her out and handed it to Trent, his eyes shone with tears and he held the picture in his fingers grazing the little printed cheek, Camila gazed up at the camera, her eyes shinning with joy as she hugged her teddy bear in her ballet dress. " Alright Time's up..." a guard called and Trent got to his feet, " Thank u..." he whispered and I nodded, " I'll come visit!" Trent looked over his shoulder and smiled as the guard led him away. I shook my head smiling to myself, speaking of family's I should go see Eliana! I stalked across the plaza of the tower, to Eliana's little corner, wires and metal still lying around in messy piles, " Hey long time no see stranger!" I joked and she turned around, she wiped away a small mark of spot on her cheek and smiled, " What r ya doin here Cayde? Lost another finger?" " that was one time!" We both chuckled and she went back to screwing on some lose bolts on a new piece of armor. We chatted for a while, talking about Nessus and Taya and Ramen... and... (Y/N).... " So have ya gone to see her since?" Eliana asked, I sighed, " No, I just can't bring myself to do it... it hurts when she doesn't even remember my name... I do feel guilty about it though..." I looked down at my hands and Eliana huffed, " Well lucky vir u I already set up an appointment wit her doctor to go say Hi u should come with!" I shrugged my shoulders, " I don't know Eliana.. I-" " Ur coming and ya can't say no! I also invited Taya! So it won't be so awkward! Like it or not ur comin!"
