I was almost done with my orange juice, when I hear the honking which is music to my ears. I slam the glass on the dinning table, not caring if it breaks and pick up my converse, running towards the main door.

I open the door wide and freeze in my spot. There he is! Standing in my driveway.

Wearing a simple black shirt with sleeves folded up to his elbows and faded jeans, he makes me blush looking absolutely debonair without even trying.

He is leaning a little on his car with arms crossed and one leg in front of the other, his eyes concealed under a dark pair of Aviators.

As soon as he sees me, his face splits into that million dollar smile which always makes me week in my knees.

Every thought, every doubt, every anxiety leaves my body as I stand there, taking in his captivating persona.

With my shoes still in my hand, I sprint towards him through the front yard with a speed I never perceived I had.

He takes a few steps away from his car, grinning from ear to ear at my excitement, ready to catch me as I throw my shoes on the cemented driveway and literally jump into his welcoming arms, instantly connecting our lips, kissing him with all my might.

He returns the kiss with the same ardency, wrapping his arms tightly around my waist, keeping me off the ground as my right feet pops up a little.

I break away but he still holds me in mid air with such ease as if I don't weigh anything.

To both of our surprise, I start hitting him in his stone hard chest, taking out my pent up anger." Why. Didn't. You. Answer. My. Calls?" I continue battering him, but he doesn't even flinch and chuckles as he places me back on the ground.

He grabs my wrists to end my vexation and leans down to kiss me, softer than before, making me forget why I wanted to punch holes in his chest.

He pulls away and I open my eyes, but unnervingly, I'm not met by his turquoise eyes. I want to remove his shades but realize that he is still holding my wrists.

" That is not fair." I whine." Let me be angry at you for at least some time." I say as he kisses me again." I missed you too, baby. I can't even express." He bends down to pick up my converse.

" Now, I know if I kiss you one more time, we'll end up topless as usual. So let's go to school before I change my mind." I stand on my toes to peck his cheek and we get inside his car.

While I'm putting on my second shoe, Jason says," I'm so, so sorry baby for not answering. My phone got lost on the airport and I got it back when I returned for my flight home.

I didn't bother searching through it and when I came home, Jenna instantly pushed me in my room to sleep. I am so sorry."

He caresses my cheek slightly with the back of his palm and thumb with one hand still on the steering wheel. I hold his hand and give it a kiss.

" This is the first and last time I'm letting you off easily, mister." I say failing at sounding threatening. He turns towards me and gives me a side grin. How can you be mad at that face for long?

" Thank god, dude. You are back." Jeremy says giving Jason one of those manly handshakes.

" We would not have been able to handle this little-" He continues but I hit his arm." Ow!"

" Man! What are you waiting for? The band's going crazy without you." Ryan says from behind us. He swings his arm around Jason's neck and pulls him away from me.
