Chapter 24

                                    

                                          
Jack's POV
                          
"You have no idea how happy we are that you're finally home Jack," my mom smiled at me as we drove onto our driveway. It was Sunday night and I was finally let out of the hospital. Thanksgiving break was over and everyone was probably at home doing homework, while I in the other hand had to stay home for another week because i wasn't "strong enough," which was bullshit. My parents tried helping me out of the car but once again I refused help. 
                          
"Does Lily know you're home?" My mom asked me as we walked inside the house. I shook my head and told my parents I was going up to my room. Lily had told me about how they treated her the night of the incident and I was still mad at them for being so rude to her. I slowly walked up stairs and locked my door. I quickly took my phone out of my pocket and dialed her number.
                          
"Jack?" She answered the phone.
                          
"Who is it?" I heard someone say in the background. 
                          
"Uhh hi babe," I said.
                          
"What's up?" She asked. I heard noise in the back and she whispered a "hush."
                          
"Uh never mind, I was just wondering what you were doing," I lied. 
                          
"Oh okay, I'm kind of busy with school work right, I'll call you in an hour okay? Love you," she said before hanging up. I threw my phone on the bed and sort of just stared into space. Who was she talking to? I walked over to my window and immediately clenched my jaw, Cameron's car was parked on her driveway. 
                          
Lily's POV
                          
I walked into school Monday morning tired as hell. We had an assignment for math class and Cameron came over so we could work on it and we literally fooled around the whole time. I dragged myself towards my locker and threw books and binders inside and took out what I needed for my morning classes. I shut my locker and pouted, Jack would usually be standing there with a grin on his face. I missed him, like a lot. I hadn't seeing him since Friday night, which was honestly too long for me. There was still plenty of time before the first bell rang so I decided to walk to my first period and doodle while I waited for the bell to ring.

I walked out of fifth period, which seemed like an eternity since Jack wasn't there. Even if we weren't talking, he made class a little interesting. I walked towards the gym and analyzed how much homework I had. I only had history homework, so that means I can go visit Jack right after school. As I walked inside the gym, a couple football players asked me how Jack was doing and told them he was okay. 
                          
"We all signed this, you know, to make him feel better, and can you give it to him?" Sammy, Jack's friend, handed me a letter along with a bag of Jack's favorite candy. I thanked them and walked down to the locker rooms to change for dance. 
                          
"Hey Lily, how are you?" My coach asked me as I stretched.
                          
"I'm okay," I smiled.
                          
"How about Jack?" She asked.
                          
"He should be back next week, i'm going to go see him today after school to see when he can finally go home," I told her. She told me she hoped he recovers quickly and I thanked her. 
                          
School was soon over and I didn't even bother changing out of my dance clothes and just changed shoes. Ally had cheer practice after school so I didn't have to worry about her, I just wanted to see Jack. I quickly drove to the hospital and didn't bother checking in at the receptionist. I skipped down the hall that lead to his room and pushed the door open.
                          
"Hi bab- Jack?" I asked confused, his bed was empty. I looked around the room and all his stuff was gone. I quickly walked out and ran over to the receptionist.
                          
"There's a patient missing!" I freaked out.
                          
"Excuse me?" She asked.
                          
"Jack Gilinsky, room 505, he's not there!" I cried.
                          
"Ma'am, Mr.Gilinsky was released last night," she said and continued scribbling stuff down on her desk. 
                          
"Wait what?" I asked. Jack was home? Why didn't he tell me anything. Before she could answer, I quickly walked out of the hospital and dialed Jack's number as I got inside my car.
                          
"Hello?" Jack answered.
                          
"Where are you?" I asked.
                          
"Um at the hospital, where else would I b-"
                          
"Are you sure about that?" I turned my car on, "because patient Mr.Gilinsky was released last night," I repeated the receptionist words.
                          
"Lily I can expla-"
                          
"Why did you lie? Why couldn't you just tell me you where finally home?" I asked as I drove out of the hospital parking lot.
                          
"I-I don't know, i'm stupid," Jack said.
                          
"Well stupid, i'm coming over in like 20 so you better look cute because I miss your stupid face," I smiled and hung up before he could reply.
                          
Jack's POV 
                          
I heard Lily pull up and she knew we always left the side door unlocked so I didn't have to worry about getting up to get the door for her. I heard soft steps walk up the stairs and soon my door creaked open. She peaked her head inside and smiled when he eyes met mine. She jumped on my bed and I held my arms open. 
                          
"I missed you so much," she mumbled into my chest. 
                          
"I missed you more baby girl," I whispered. 
                          
"Omg when I walked into the hospital room I fre-"
                          
"Lily?"
                          
"What?"
                          
"Just kiss me," I said. She lifted her head off my chest and stared into my eyes. I grabbed her hips and pulled her on my lap. I stared into her eyes and down to her lips before leaning in and closing the space between us. Not going to lie, my neck hurt like a fucker, but i missed her touch. She wrapped her legs around me and I pulled her even closer to me. I slid my tongue along her bottom lip and she immediately opened her mouth. Her fingers pulled on my hair while I massaged her sides. I soon left her lips and began leaving wet kisses down her neck before nibbling on her ear lobe.
                          
"Oh my god, Jack...." Lily slightly moaned. I smirked and continued down her neck and began sucking on her sweet spot. She threw her neck back and whimpered. Without giving her a warning, I began leaving bites and sucked harder on her sensitive skin. My neck was in so much pain, but i needed to claim what was mine, I needed to leave my mark.
                          
"J-Jack.. No hickeys.." She mumbled.
                          
"Too late for that babe," I smirked, pressing my tongue against her skin. I traveled down to her collar bones and began sucking there too. I slowly sneaked my hands under her shirt and massaged her boobs through her bra.
                          
"Oh.. My... God...." She moaned in pleasure. Things were heated, but there was no way I could continue without fucking up my neck ever more. 
                          
"Baby,"
                          
"Hm?"
                          
"As much as I want to continue, I can't," I slightly moaned in pain. She quickly opened her eyes and got off me.
                          
"Omg was I hurting you? Why didn't you stop me?!" She began freaking out.
                          
"Shh shh, don't worry about me, right now all I just want to do is cuddle," I said. She grinned and cuddled close to me. I'm going to be honest, I felt betrayed, Cameron told me he was going to stay away and then I find out he's hanging out with Lily two days later. Lily is mine, mine only, and no one is going to take her away. 
                          
"Play your music," Lily mumbled.
                          
"Hm?" 
                          
"Play music," she said. I smiled and grabbed my phone before playing my favorite R&B playlist.
